The flowers from this shop were absolutely stunning, and the service was exceptional. When we ordered flowers for a funeral, they arrived exactly as I had envisioned, and they stayed fresh for almost a week. I wholeheartedly recommend this flower shop for their beautiful arrangements and friendly service.

I am really disappointed in the floral arrangement I sent my mother as her mother's day gift. I paid for the bouquet advertised in the first picture, and they sent the bouquet in the second which has very few flowers. The order was delivered on the correct day which was the only positive part of this experience and my reasoning for 2 stars. I ordered the standard which is exactly the picture I posted (not the deluxe as stated).

After researching a few different places in Kalispell, I decided to go with Flowers By Hansen and I am so glad I did! As my sister said after the flower arrangement was delivered literally within a couple hours of me placing my order, "It is the hugest and most beautiful boquet I have ever seen in my entire life!!" I think that says it all. They met every. single. thing. that I asked them to do and they did it quickly and thoughtfully. They are quick but still thorough, detailed and the flower arrangement was high quality. I will definitely be using them again in the future!! Thank you so much for making a greeting that came all the way from Germany so tangible and express what only something special like this can do!!

The rudest old ladies I’ve ever encountered. No customer service skills. No kid candy, only adult candy. Most expensive balloons and stuffed animal in the valley!!!

So very disappointed with Hansen Flowers. The second time that we have been delivered a bouquet that looks completely different than what they show online. An expensive bouquet but they took the liberty to make it for pennys and still charged the full price. Makes me sad for the lack of integrity when they think that the sender will never know what is actually delivered. When I called to point this out, I was dismissed and given multiple excuses for why it’s different. Will not use this company in the future.

My sisters ordered and paid for a $78.00 arrangement that was to be in a ceramic dish. The arrangement was to have several plants. They delivered a small Kalanchoe in a green plastic pot. It has a small pink ribbon with yellow floral paper. It was odd as the flowers on the Kalanchoe, paper and ribbon were all different colors. Not only was it a $15.00 plant, but the presentation was poor. Flowers by Hansen has refused to call my sister back to resolve the issue. I also had two deliveries of roses, two years ago that were partially dead. I would never order from this business.

I received flowers from my mom in law while in hospital and it was my birthday. On day 3 the entire bouquet was dead. This was with changing the water daily and bouquet not near direct sunlight or vents. My mom in law and hubby called the company and they wanted me to bring the bouquet to them for a refresher.....last thing I wanted to do after over 2 weeks in hospital and major abdominal surgery. My hubby brought me a bouquet from Costco on the same day and over a week later they look amazing! Hmmmm. Go figure...$20 compared to $75! No brained from now on.....gave one star because couldn't give zero.
