Love the Garden Center here at Home Depot. Employees are always eager to help and very friendly. They have a large variety of beautiful plants here. Highly suggested for anyone who enjoys house plants or gardening!!!

We had a horrible experience- spent 45k in two months and they will not take back extra lumber that THEY special ordered to have enough. They never informed us of this or that it would not be returnable because of it. It is wrapped and everything. My partner has a pro account as a contractor and has spent a half million dollars there in the last 5 years. They absolutely do not care that we will no longer work with them. All over 2500$ of a lumber cut they carry. Never again Home Depot

The Home Depot in Kalispell MT is closing,they no longer have cashiers or anyone that will operate one.To bad they couldn't prevent this tragedy.guess with the lack of customer service no one will miss them.

I am 83 and needed a cart-none be to be found- asked an employee where the carts were...he said they are probably outside. I just came from outside and did not see a cart anywhere. I needed to purchase many items (some too heavy for me female) Do you think that dufus able-bodied employee man would say "let me get you a cart" NOOOO he never offered this old lady.....so I got a bucket and put the items in that but did not purchase the heavy items that I needed.....YOU ARE ON THE WAY TO BED BATH AND BEYOND-CLOSING THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!

Home Depot needs a new manager. We were looking at stoves and the manager (she had glasses) had to take over because the guy helping had an emergency with a family member. She seemed annoyed that he had to leave, and even more annoyed that she had to start helping us. Not only that, but she didn't really know what she was doing. I'm pretty sure she was pregnant, so I can definitely empathize with her, however, especially if your manager, you should be friendly to your customers. And also if your manager, you should at least know a little bit in each department. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

NEVER BUY APPLIANCES HERE! We ordered a fridge from this Home Depot September 2021; from the moment it was delivered it had issues, we spent a few days trouble shooting as it was freezing all of our food and making tons of loud sounds. We contacted Home Depot to return it and they wouldn't accept it as they have a 48hr return window on appliances. They told us to go through the warrantee process with the manufacturer - which has been the biggest headache. We've spent hours going through their automated phone system, begging for help and now in Feb 2022, we still have a broken fridge and no repairman can fix it due to back ordered parts and supply chain issues - so far it's been six months with no working fridge, no one will let us return it or exchange it, and no one besides me cares. I feel 100% robbed by this store.

Home Depot in Kalispell, Mt. has everything that a person would need in the way of lumber, appliances, hardware, tools, garden things, carpeting, remodeling, roofing, fencing, and a lot more. Most importantly though are the friendly and helpful employees. Whatever your needs Home Depot is the place to be.

The return policy for plants per the website says a receipt is required but the lady wants all my dead plants I suppose. So, instead of making a customer happy I will have to make the 30 minute trip home to dig up dead roots- since their plants are terrible apparently and the perennials all died. I am a huge Home Depot fan but I will not be back to this one except to get my money back with a trash bag of dead plants. Hopefully the same lady is there tomorrow so she can sort through muddy roots. On top of that she was rude to me- terrible... waited in line for 20 minutes for awful service. Customer service means nothing at the customer service desk here. Be ware. I guess each store can set their own policy with Home Depot...

Ugh... I'm so frustrated. We ordered carpet for our master and guest bedrooms. We had a bit of drywall work done in the master that we knew we needed to get done before installing new carpet. We ordered the carpet toward the end of Feb and were surprised, but happy when they scheduled installation on 3/17! We rushed the drywall we to ensure he was done by 3/17. The master was already cleared, but we cleared the guest room and got it painted in time for the 3/17 install. To our great disappointment they (the Home Depot installer) called the day before and said they had not received the carpet. In the meantime our only 2 bedrooms are dismantled and our family room looks like an episode of hoarders. They re-scheduled us for installation on 3/29 with the understanding that if the carpet didn't arrive they would move us out it 3/31. We called them to find out if it would be happening, and the installers told us they didn't have the carpet and didn't have control over when it would arrive. We called Home Depot to find out if they had a line on the carpet shipment and they told us it would be on the truck arriving 4/1. They rescheduled us for installation on 4/3, but on the morning of 4/2 they wake us up with a call asking if we want our carpet installed today, a day early. YES! a thousand times yes, we can finally put our house back together! They told us the installer would be there in about an hour. We did the final clearing of the room, removing clothes from the closet and stripping the bed. Three hours later the installer had not shown up so we called the coordinator. She said she hadn't been able to get in touch with him his cell was going directly to VM, and didn't know if he would be showing up at our house.... just in case... when would our next availability be? The following week, Tuesday or Wednesday? What? We completely lost our Saturday appointment? So you offered us a day early and because of that you are now pushing us to the following week? Now I think you are just screwing with us. Crud, so now I have to put our guest room BACK together to live in it for another 5 days, and our family room remains a shambles. Would they even have called us to tell us they were no-showing our job, if we hadn't called them? I'm not disassembling my bedroom again until I see a truck in my driveway. But honestly, as strange as they have been behaving I'm not sure I want them in my home, this all seems so sketchy. So disappointed and tired of living in disarray.

I ordered an entire roofs worth of metal, $2,700 in materials PAID FOR and scheduled for pickup. Showed up to get the stuff that was supposed to be set aside for me, waited an hour for the employee to come back and tell me they had some of it. Told me they didnt have a way to order it in for me or anything. At the very least they could have offered me a few tarps to cover the rood that was already torn off. Needless to say, it rained and my whole has is riddled with water damage. I have spent over 10K with them in the last 2 years. Lowes has earned a new customer due to the fact that their customer service isnt complete garbage. Beyond upset. If they ever want me as a customer again itll take some sucking up.

We ordered a washer/dryer set from this HD and Mike in appliances was very helpful, took his time explaining everything and made us feel comfortable with our large purchase. Just had the set delivered today, was a little later than said time but Amy at the delivery desk number was on it and got back to us quickly letting us know where our delivery was. Jeremy and his co-worker who delivered the set were friendly and efficient, setting up units quickly and doing test runs on them. Set is in perfect condition. As a former HD employee (different location) I've seen how screwed up things can get but the folks at this HD do their jobs well...and they follow up!
