Highly recommend Greg for auto service in the Kalispell/Glacier NP area! My girlfriend and I were traveling through and needed a wheel bearing replaced. Greg fit us right in with an appointment, completed the service promptly and kept us updated throughout the process when a few more issues popped up. Not only that, but he was also a super friendly guy! We'll be going straight to Greg if we need auto repairs next time we're in the area, and you should too.

Gregg did work on my vehicle without calling and verifying anything. After having my truck overnight, he text me late the next day saying my vehicle was done. I showed up needing new catylitic converters and he instead pointlessly replaced my spark plugs, which will fail again dude to bad cats. Engine light is back on and I have the same issue going . I paid him 300 dollars for 6 spark plugs. He is blowing up my phone claiming I owe him 200 more dollars . That's 500 dollars he wants for doing work without consent at an insane markup. Don't trust this guy. Steer clear. He's out to make a quick buck at your expense.

Very pleased with the service at Greg's Auto. We had a noise, they fixed it in less than an hour and then did a complete check on our car. They didn't try to up charge or fix anything, they just noted the the we needed to keep an eye on. Will return if we need service again.

Drove to Glacier Campground in West Glacier from Massachusetts and as soon as I got there my check engine light came on. These guys were the only semi-close mechanics that could get me into the shop the next day. Unfortunately, after getting my car there the engine failed completely and I ended up having to get the car towed to the closest dealership in Missoula the following day. These guys did everything they could to try and get me back up and running, and were great at explaining what they thought was happening with the car. They were also very understanding while I tried to figure out accommodations and transportation for the area without a car. Despite them not being able to fix the car to no fault of their own, I would definitely recommend this shop if you find yourself experiencing car troubles in/around Kalispell and need someone to take a look fast.

I typically do my own work but have a busy schedule and don’t always have time. These guys had me in and out of the shop in less than an hour with my truck running smooth. Exceptional customer service and reasonable prices, really good guys running this shop.

It takes a lot for me to post a negative review; this is actually my very first. I will never do business again with Greg’s Auto and I will make sure none of my friends do either. He did work for me that involved taking the tires off and putting them back on. When I drove away, three of the hubcap covers flew off because they hadn’t been tightened or had been torqued so hard it stripped the bolt covers. No big deal, people make mistakes. Greg initially took responsibility and said he’d replace them for me. That was 2 months ago. I just called him and he completely changed his tune saying it wasn’t their fault, and that I needed to buy them myself. Super unprofessional and not taking responsibility for their error. I have since talked to other friends that have used Greg who have also had negative experiences- some of them significant from a safety perspective- and said they will never use him again either.

I just talked to Greg about my Jeep. He spent time helping me diagnose the issue EVEN though he knew he was going to be sending me to another shop! THAT'S INTEGRITY!!!

They overcharged for hose repair. But worse yet is they told me my brakes needed replacing away. I took it to a brake shop and they said the brakes were good, nothing needed replaced. This industry has a reputation for ripping off women. Especially older folks. This shop was the worst I’ve dealt with.

We were passing through on a trip with our truck and camp trailer. Started having power issues. Called and Greg got us right in, diagnosed battery issue and replaced in less than an hour. He even ran to get the battery when he was told they couldn't deliver it for an hour to get us back on the road! Highly recommended Greg.
