The owners of Imperial cleaners NEED to spend some money on BUYING NEW washers and dryers!!! Half of their units are out of order and were 6 months ago. Come on tight wads. Owner BUY NEW UNITS!!!

A lot of out of order machines. What did work was WAY overpriced. The washers didn't really clean well. Dryers didn't dry in a timely manner. Would not recommend.

I've been going to dirty boys forever and after trying imperial out I feel like I got hustled! My clothes finally got clean and for a decent price. Didn't have to deal with gambling addicts or drug addicts. GREAT LAUNDRY EXPERIENCE! I feel cleaner just talking about it ? ?

Fabulous Laundromat!Nice clean machines in multiple sizes. We were able to get three loads finished in under two hours.The in-house dry-cleaning team also did a great job with a stained cloth we brought in last week!Have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so!

Great place the women there r very polite had no problems at all.They even have coffee which is great.The dry cleaning ladies also very polite.I will continue going there as I enjoy the atmosphere.

The new dryers are expensive and have no clear instructions on how to use them. The older machines are mostly broke down.

Moved up to this location after the Evergreen location closed. Still a great staff and clean machines.
