Edit: it was about 3:00 PM this afternoon (Saturday the 6th). Young guy, black longer hair.Have always loved coming in here. Today the kid working was immensely rude to my wife and kids about their indecision with legos and even shouted at my toddler just for being loud (as toddlers always are). Super disappointed in one of my favorite stores in the valley. It’ll be hard to come back

Wonderful store for anime merchandise. Came here while on my trip to Montana, great selection of plushies and used manga and much, much more merchandise! Highly recommended!

I always love wandering around this shop, even if I don't purchase anything it's a joy to walk around, especially since they expanded. most times I go into the shop I do purchase something, and now they even offer gift cards, which is perfect for the upcoming holidays

Went in to your store to look around and we were impressed with the products that you have but we're not impressed with the people that are behind the desk. I don't appreciate asking for them to grab something out of the Lego case for me and bending over and burping their lunch in my face. The woman behind the counter needs to get some manners, stop burping in people's faces and actually treat the customers like a customer. We will never purchase anything from the store again.Edit: The store contacted us and were very sorry for our experience. We will be giving them another chance because we like the products they offer.
