We were treated as if we were buying a $1,600 wedding band, when we ended up buying a very nice $26 silver ring. Thank you Paul, you never pushed us or showed disappointment that we ended up buying the less costly version. You are a true gentleman.

There was a "mystery sale" 30-50% off with signs everywhere throughout the store and in an email as well as advertised on corporate website ending today. I was told They were out of the coupons. The checker was friendly and even looked at the app to see if there was any codes available but I politely asked to speak to a manager to see if they could honor the sale. The manager told me the website doesn't necessarily show what time the sale ends. What?!!! If a corporation has a sale that ends at noon, they say that and I would hope they would pull the signs advertising, especially since this sale apparently ended 7 hours ago. The lack of the manager's effort and feeling like I'm being lied to is what made me decide to not purchase anything. It doesn't take much to give good customer service; pretend like you are attempting to help me and apologize. I wasn't rude, and I feel like it wasn't asking for a unreasonable request. I was there 3/30 7pm.

This JCPenny store is BEATIFUL!!! Today I stopped in and it is fully stocked, beautifully decorated and GREAT deals on clothing, shoes, jewelry, every department had sales. The staff was super friendly to everyone, it was like going back in time, but all the clothing, etc. is super on point and modern. BIG Respect to JCPenny, top quality and great prices.

Found lots of good deals, always enjoy stopping here. My only complaint was the cashier was obviously sick and repeatedly coughing without covering his mouth/nose. If you come to work sick but it is irresponsible to interact with customers without a mask. There were several very elderly patrons there that day.

It’s a good store, sadly they didn’t had a lot of things like they used to do before but I was able to find good deals and save some money. In my case the staff was nice and welcoming.
