Delivery is freaky fast as advertised however simple things are getting missed. Online you can put a name on the sandwich which used to get written on the wrapping but no longer is, asked for napkins none were provided, ordered drinks and got no straws and checked the box for cut in half and it isn’t cut. I underst This may seem nitpicky but don’t allow an option of you aren’t going to do anything with it.

Always a great sandwich! Love all the fresh ingredients. Only a tiny dollop of avocado was disappointing this time though.

Always fast delivery or pickup. Placed an order and came in like 2 minutes after only for it to be ready when I walked in. Workers are extremely friendly.

Ordered a caprese sandwich, upon returning home saw that they didn’t put the thick slices of mozzarella or any other cheese on it.The resolution was having me drive across town to pick up the a couple pieces of cheese or $1.50 credit.Top Notch.

I love jimmy johns so much but if you have a 30 minute lunch break I wouldn’t try and get it delivered. The delivery driver is 30 minutes past the “expected arrival.”

I ordered online and 2 hours later still haven't recieved my order or anything. Frustrating that the driver didn't even ask the front desk where the room was at the hotel and hasn't contacted me when it says it's out for delivery.

Have been to both JJ's in Kalispell. Staff is pretty good at both along with everything else. I love JJ's sandwiches.I am not sure if they are all doing it or just these stores but the slices of meat and slices of cheese are thinner than normal.
