This store might as well have no employees at all. I placed an order online to pick up in store. Only one item was filled in the order; the other was “cancelled” with no explanation. When I arrived, it took the employee forever to find my order, even though I could see it clearly from where I stood. I then went into the store to find my other item which had been “cancelled” and found it within seconds! Whoever pulled my order must have been too lazy to bend their knees and grab it from the bottom rack.It took me almost twice as long to check out as it did for me to pick up because the employee had to call for a manager when my coupon wouldn’t scan. The manager tried to tell me I couldn’t use a coupon on my item, but when they scanned it again, it worked. “Oh look at that!” they said. No duh. It’s crazy how things work when you do your job. Train your staff. I should not be doing your work for you!

I bought a Singer sewing machine from them. Brought it back 15 min. later because it was the wrong one and they charged me a $25 restocking fee.I always try to buy locally but, online is easier and has more options.Wawak from now on!

Well I finally made it in after trying to come here twice during their posted business hours to find them closed. Huge waste of time. I arrived at 4pm and needed to literally just get some solids and thread for a quilt. Unfortunately because their solid fabrics are in no less than THREE locations in the store, it took me almost an hour to find the colors I needed. I pulled a ticket at the cut counter and was ignored by the staff person there, so I continued browsing until they got on the intercom to let everyone know they were closing in three minutes. By this time there was nobody at all at the cut counter. I just left without buying anything and won't be back. The store closes at 5 daily, not 6.

Don't belive the Google hours, there is a sign on the door and they are only open until 5pm. I understand being short staffed, but the hours you're open are the hours most people work. There were at least two other people that pulled up when I did shortly after 5 wanting to buy stuff after work. Missing out on a lot of business and the incorrect hours listed on Google wastes people's time. Hopefully they can get more staff soon..

I too wish joann was a better store. the most understaffed of almost any store. if you have time to waste wandering around, no help, no signage. I asked for help at the check out, because they want your money, that is staffed. but no they could not help me find it? so up the hill I went to hobby lobby and bang help took right to what i wanted. I wish it was so at joann. makes me sad. please you have been understaffed for years. with the hundreds of new apartments built in evergreen the ownership is blowing it.

5 to a 1New store hours make it literally impossible for anyone with a 9-5 job to shop here... I guess on to Walmart? I get staffing shortages and such but being open for 6 hours max a day is a bit ridiculous.

This store has alot of different things, and not only fabric.The people are very friendly and helpful to help you find the things that you need.

Today, I walked in with 5 minutes before closing. The staff was so gracious as they were closing and I had cart full of fabric to cut as it was closing time. They didn't complain and were completely kind and generous with their time.

I'm disappointed in Joann Fabric these days. I used to love shopping there but for the past 4 or 5 years they don't have what they used to have unless you go online to order. I would rather shop locally so I know what I'm getting. I can't seem to accomplish that locally with Joann Fabrics anymore. It's very sad.

I've ordered online from them twice and both times had my order canceled. I will just stick to Amazon because at least I know I will get the stuff even if I pay a little bit more

How can you run a business only being open 11-5? Meant I had to go to Hobby Lobby, which I do not prefer. May not go back, although JoAnn has been my go to store for many years. So sad.
