Kalispell Center Mall is a spacious, bright, and very clean mall with ample parking. It is wheelchair and stroller accessible, with security that loans wheelchairs. The design is well-liked, featuring wide aisles, lots of sitting areas, an open-to-sky access area, and amenities like a photo booth and kids' mini rides. The washrooms are nice and clean.
However, it is often described as a dead mall with very low foot traffic, even on weekends. Many stores are empty or shut down, leaving few shopping options. Remaining stores include JCPenney, Claire's, Zumiez, and Maurices, which employ friendly people. The food court has largely been removed, offering limited options. A casino is located within the mall, and it is connected to the Red Lion Hotel.
While it is a less crowded, casual place to walk, stay out of the cold, get a coffee, or people-watch, many hope the mall can regain its vibe. Some suggest more affordable rates for businesses could help. For visitors not staying at the attached hotel, other store outlets in Kalispell are often recommended.
Not a lot of shooping options. Did end up buying anything in the mall.

Rather sad to see how scarce this mall is...but I understand. The shops that are there are clean and well stocked. Staff working at the store I visited were pleasant and professional.
