Kalispell Toyota is a great place to car shop. All who’ve we worked with and talked to are great. Everyone is straight forward with what you need to know or would like to know. Ian, in particular, is fantastic to work with and so incredibly knowledgeable. He knows the ins and outs of every vehicle as well the current changes within the market. He’s up to date with every question answered. He really knows his stuff. He’s patient and supportive with what you decide or are deciding. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, so thanks Ian for your impressive and trustworthy expertise!

Honestly, this was a great car buying experience and I have already recommended it to other people.... every though we live 6 hours away. We worked with Jason, not really planning on buying a car but rather just looking. He let us sit in whatever we wanted (more to make sure the husband was comfortable), and a day later, before leaving town, we ended up trading in my car and buying a new to us one. My husband, who has buyers remorse with every purchase, had zero regrets or doubts. They gave us a very fair trade-in value for my car and after looking around the entire state, they gave us a very fair price. Due to health, I couldn't walk a ton because of fatigue, but Jason worked on bringing the cars to us to minimize walking. He even helped us load our Home Depot and Costco haul from our car to the new car. The financing took forever, but that was the banks fault and not Toyota. Jason even filled our tank which is unheard of by car dealerships! Jason even checked on us the next day to make sure we made it home safe. We love our new to us car!

I bought my Toyota from Kalispell Toyota 11 years ago and they were non-pushy and genuinely good people throughout the process. Although I no longer have that vehicle but another Toyota, I still intentionally get my vehicle serviced here while in the area because every one of their hardworking employees encountered have been helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in their work.

I really wasn’t ready to purchase a new vehicle and just happened across a 2015 Chevy extra cab 4 door. The price was well under what I was expecting especially since it had under 100K miles. Andrew was amazing to work with and Kelly was able to resolve the issues and kept the payments to where I was comfortable. It was a great experience and I got a fantastic truck

Had an incredible experience with Jared Sorvari in sales. Had a great test drive with my family. He was very well informed, explaining everything perfectly, and very patient as we worked through options and the big decision making process of buying. I will definitely go back to him.

Great customer service, professional, and their prices are fair. Chris Aronson spent three Saturday afternoons with me test driving Toyota Highlander and RAV4 hybrids. He was patient, honest, and kept me informed about vehicle availability, which was helpful as I live in Eureka. The Toyota team made purchasing a vehicle straight forward and simple. I was treated with respect and never felt they were trying to talk me into anything. It was a great experience and I am really excited about my new to me/certified used car!

This is the second vehicle I’ve bought at Kalispell Toyota, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the second you walk in the door you’re met with a friendly smile, and introduced to courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.Andrew Warner made the purchase of this new car a breeze. He listened, he heard, and he matched me up with the right car at the right price for me. Andrew is invested in the customer and not just in making a sale (non of the sales staff are on commission). He’s smart, efficient, and experienced. He explained everything from A to Z. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Andrew.Though I have a feeling that you’d be safe with any of the staff there; they’re a team, and it shows. From Bobby, who helped walk me through the finances, again with competent efficiency, to Scott who helped appraise my trade-in vehicle, I have nothing but good things to say.I’m thoroughly satisfied! Daniel was our sales person and he could not have been any more friendly or approachable during the process, he was willing to take us out on several test drives and review different models without getting annoyed or bothered with all of the requests. He replied, no pressure on the sale. Just tried to answer questions at work I deserves, with a stronger opinion of the decision that needed to be made. I highly recommend going to Kalispell Toyota. They are a reputable company that cares about taking care of their customers and Daniel is the best!!!

ONE YEAR REVIEW— Great customer service!! On time for my scheduled oil change and first 5k follow up in service. Routine 5k service was done efficiently and air filter shown to me per request due to my suspicions of needing one much ahead of schedule due to our love of dirt roads over pavement.At the time of purchase: Rob was an awesome salesman— absolutely no pressure, informative, and made buying a real joy — hard to believe but buying a vehicle became a joy.Jesse (GM) also made the experience pain free and easy, removing a lot of the stress.Jennifer was a great help and efficient when we realized our sunshade had somehow gone rogue.Looking forward to our upgrading aftermarket purchases and installs beyond winter tires on separate rims.Also during our first year of ownership— the guys in parts were excellent at mailing out our windshield wipers set (including back hatch) as we live 3.5 hours away.Finally The greeters, clerks, are all the most courteous people of any establishment with ‘can do’ attitudes. Seriously just go in for a cup of coffee and you’ll experience this and know this is the dealership you want and need to work with!! Unlike so many dealerships that have a ‘dual personality of happy in the front (auto buying) and whip your butt in the back(service) we’ve not once seen this in any of our visits!!! It’s always just been the way a dealership should be. It’s been a very very refreshing experience with every individual from any door to any department our first year.In the last year, we also needed a new windshield after taking a hard strike. They had us covered and back on the road with their team. Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Duc made me feel confident through the whole process but especially before I left the lot. He made sure I wasn’t too overwhelmed with all the new tech. Turning on some and others off until I felt more secure. Overall, Kalispell Toyota was polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend their dealership to others!

Doug was amazing. He made our truck purchase SO EASY and painless. He took time to answer all of our questions and then some. He even took time to hook up my phone to the truck! This was the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve we’ve ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM TOYOTA!

SCUMBAGS. I initially went in to test drive a new Tacoma because they were the only ones who had what I wanted. Then I figured "eh, I'll trade my vehicle in" because I've already gotten other offers on it and appraised so figured why not. The sales guy Zach went to go ask the finance dude (I'd put him on blast if I remembered his name) for a price on my car WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT I literally heard "hahahahaha for that thing? Tell the dude 5k or something" Zach came back and I told him I heard that and he denied which I understand. I told him I won't take that and I've had it appraised by people in Spokane and Missoula and even showed them proof how I'm getting offered between 10k and 10,500. Then Zach went back to the same guy, this time they actually went to go look at the vehicle! He came back saying "oh well only make a couple bucks off this $5500 is the best well do. I was very irritated because I knew what the cars worse from 4 different places I got appraised from and from my own knowledge and all the maintenance and upkeep I've done. If this wasn't the only dealership in a 250 miles radius that had the truck I wanted, I would've never even stepped foot in here. Guy just kept saying how they won't make no money on it. Literally needed some minor paint work, turn signal cap on side mirrors and a detail. I was over dealing with this, so I just told them "go ahead pay off remaining and I'll just get the truck" I owed 7k. Hey guess what, these scumbags are now selling it for 2x the price and it's listed for $13,900, definitely more than a couple hundred bucks hu Zach?? I already knew I was getting ripped off but Zach and the team just helped me prove my point. Afterall it is a car dealership what can you expect, no morals or character. That was just one of the issues. I went there 3 consecutive times. First time was for test drive an appraisal. 2nd time more talking, but I wanted to do another test drive. I asked Zach, "hey man can I test drive it one more time? I really like it and just want to make sure" Zach begins to be confrontational "why do you need to test drive it again? Why do you want to do this? Why do you want to do that? I need to know" like hey dude, I'm spending a lot of money on a new truck not gonna drive it one time and right you a damn check like you deserve it. Then 3rd time we get to paperwork faze, already very over it and just want my truck and to leave. ID DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DOING THE CALCULATIONS ON WHATEVER NUMBERS THESE GUYS PROVIDE YOU. For example, I asked for the price of a truck topper, it was about 3k, I asked if theres interest adding it into car payment, they said yes it would be the same as lease. I have them give me monthly payment with and without truck topper. Overall, I did the math right in front of them. My lease interest was 6% they were trying to get by sneaking in about 22% on the truck topper. Just trying to screw me over more than they already have. Really just upsetting when you have all these thoughts in the back of your head they're getting off on you, hoping they'll actually be half decent people, but Kalispell Toyota definitely let me down. If you do business here, recommend quadruple check all the pricing, you'll notice something off. Do a lot of research on whatever car you want to buy because more than likely the sales guy won't know Jack s**** And probably sell your car somewhere else where they'll be honest and give you your worth

purchased a vehicle here in April, not even 2 months later it left me(young girl) alone stranded on the Side of the highway as the engine was toast. these people sell lemons do not buy from here. will never buy or recommend this place to anyone.
