I can't say enough good things about this dealership, particularly from Chris Aronson. My son went in to purchase his first car and Chris went above & beyond. He patiently took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel pressured. We will definitely return when my daughter is ready for her car!!

Went in there just to look and I left with a car! As a 22 year old first time car buyer, I was definitely nervous and apprehensive. It was a bit of a process but they were patient, kind, and knowledgeable the whole way through. They even stayed a bit after close while the paperwork went through so I could leave with the vehicle same day. This was very impactful and I felt like they really cared. Kalispell VW wasn’t the first dealership I went to. Being a Missoula local, I did shop around at some closer places. I should have saved myself the trouble and went to them first. What’s different about Kalispell VW is their transparency and relaxed demeanor. The 3 previous dealerships I went to were very…motivated…to sell. They were pushy and I felt like they gave me the run around and didn’t give me a good “vibe”. Kalispell VW was very professional. Shoutout to their amazing sales staff, Dakota, Andrew, and Mark. Y’all rock!
If you’re in the market for a vehicle, they should be on your list.

I had to drive more than three hours to get to Kalispell VW. For this reason I needed to do some negotiations over the phone prior. That process went smoothly and was honored upon arrival the next day. Professionals!
Worth the drive for a good purchase experience and a fun VW BUZZ!!

I can't say enough nice things about the people at VW Kalispell. They were understanding but still attentive when I told them I was only there to window shop, and then remembered us when we returned to make a purchase. Dakota was like a sister from another mister and made the process pleasant and fun, while she and Gus also made sure to answer my millions of questions. I didn't feel like I needed to negotiate to get a fair amount on my vehicle I traded, which I immensely appreciated. I will 100% return when I'm ready to buy again, and recommend to anyone who is on the market. Thank you for making the process easy for me!

Working with Tyson was a great experience. Even after purchasing the vehicle and driving it for a few days, he stayed connected and answered new questions I had about my Beetle. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Tyson is so good at just talking with you. It truly felt like I was with an old friend from the neighborhood. Gus remembered I had been looking for this particular Beetle a few years ago and called me when they got it. Impressed! Robert, Andrew, Chris, and Kolton were a great part of this process , as well. Thank you to the Master Tech for answering all my questions. Thank you for the patience, kindness, remembering one of my dream cars, and the fun! Kolton was absolutely amazing! He answered any questions and even sent a personalized video of the car I was interested in since we live about 4 hours away. At the end of the day, we ended up getting one that was closer that had a higher towing capacity, but I can not recommend them enough. When we go looking for our next vehicle, we will definitely be using them.

These guys were awesome. We flew up from Utah to get a truck. They picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership for our test drive. I had told them before that we didn’t want to spend a ton of time at the dealership because we needed to drive home. They had us out the door in 10 minutes. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and would recommend them to anyone else who wants a no hassle buying experience.

Kalispell VW is the place to buy a vehicle. Not only is the product superior and the prices reasonable, the sales and support staff were very friendly and did not resort to any of the sales pressures associated with buying a car.
