The beef we purchased couldn't have been any fresher! Cut that same morning. My husband and I both agree, it couldn't have tasted any better and it cooked beautifully. Looking forward to going back again. Thanks All.

A little out of my, driving up from Frenchtown, but we'll worth it. They processed a steer from a local rancher for me. Order was done quickly and as requested. The price was good and their staff was professional and friendly. Great selection of in store sausage, bacon, and other meats. 5 stars!

Ordered a full pig, not very happy. They should weigh more than 200lbs. The ribs barely had any meat on them. If your going to cure the ham and bacon give it some flavor. They both taste extremely bland, absolutely no flavor. Not to happy

Meat was fine, but be careful if you are or look like any sort of minority or out of towner. They will glare at you and make you feel unwelcome. They do not even attempt to veil their mistrust and hostility.
