I highly recommend doing business with Marty's Car Audio! I had a new stereo, speakers, an amp and a sub installed last week. I made the install appointment a month prior and when the install day came they were ready for me. The sub and amp they ordered for me did not show up in time so instead of doing a partial install they installed a loaner amp and sub so when I drove away my system was fully operational. They felt bad and apologized multiple times. With it being Christmas week I completely understood. They are going to swap out the components next week when they arrive at no added cost. They are very professional and detail oriented. I will continue to do business with them for all my audio needs!

I wish I could give these guys more than five stars. Reliable, Affordable, and the best customer service. Jacob and Max have been beyond helpful with the purchase and installation of my new sound system. As well as fixing other problems on my SUV not related to my sound system. Their efficiency and kindness exceeded expectations. Huge, thank you guys!!! ?

I had a remote car started installed in my car at Marty's. It worked great. Then I went to use it one day and it didn't work. I called Marty's and Max told me to bring it in at my convenience and they would take a look at it. Great. Well it just so happened that the very next day I was at a gas station getting gas and so was Max. We recognized each other and told him how funny it was that I just called him yesterday about my remote car starter not working. Max asked me if he could take a look at something real quick. I said sure go for it. He check under my dash , flipped a switch( I think) told me to try it. I didand it started right up. Haha it was just a switch. Took him a whole 30 seconds and I didn't even have to bring my car in to the shop. Talk about customer service! Thanks Max!! Your awesome!

Talk about leaving someone high and dry. I called in asking for a 2k install. I drove 4 hrs for them to see what I had and wanted as requested. We set a date saying I’d either go with an aftermarket deck from their facility or use one of the chinisium decks I installed myself, somehow a simple deck made the facility override a 2-3k install and kick me off the books. I drove a total of 8 hours trying to make this happen and was told since I failed to answer about the head unit they removed me from the schedule after driving 8 hours in total spending $175 in fuel, and 8 hours of my life accounting to… not the point but well over four figures and I was told no appointment. I left fuming mad - said little to nothing not to be offensive and yet no follow up from the owners or representatives on their actions. I wanted to give them a good review but their service is sub par and reprehensible. Just do it yourself.

These Guys are the Best! I have had a great system in my car installed by them from 2yrs ago and then one day my amp gave out but was under warranty and they got me a new one in the same day I told them about the problem! I was very fortunate & grateful! I will Always recommend them to Everyone I know because that kind of customer service is very hard to find!

My last reviw was not so good, however not only did Jacob one of the employees get my truck in very first thing the next morning, he also got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional about it and also expressed the same frustrations I had about the situation, he cared and you can tell. Then just today the owner called me to apologize! Wow I was amazed by that. It just seems on that day I got unlucky and the tech was just not having a good day or something. To me its all about customer service, I don't honestly care to much if someone makes a mistake, its how they handle it. And Jacob there handled it perfectly.

Jacob and everyone at Marty's are top notch! They set me up with a new Head Unit and one of the installers (forgot his name) showed me his personal vehicle so I could see the unit that I was purchasing. They were significantly cheaper than the other place in town and no sales pressure at all. They were super helpful and I will absolutely be using them for any future projects.

I've been stopping by Marty's car audio for years now, since I started with my baby 8s. Jacob down there has been beyond helpful, anytime I had a question on one of my personal installs he's been very knowledgeable and has not hesitated to give me a hand. Marty's Car Audio is the only olace that gets my business when it comes to sound in my car. Also give Jacob a fat raise!
