I recently had an issue with a tail light. I called and asked for a referral to a good local mechanic. They said, “Bring it in. We’ll take a look and see if we can help. No charge to check it out!” I did. They were welcoming and kind, as always. I waited and enjoyed coffee in their comfortable client area. They did not have the parts to resolve the issue, but asked if I would like a free car wash!! Yes! How incredibly thoughtful!! I left with a clean car, a warm heart, and no bill. Customer service and grace to the max!
Two years ago, they repaired the hail damage to my car. It still looks amazing!
These great folks are kind, thorough, skilled, communicative, and affordable. My highest recommendations and gratitude to them! I’ll absolutely be back as needed! Thank you Collision Worx!! Dee 🧘♀️

I found this company to be extremely professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I brought my truck in to have the mirror fixed and they even fixed parts that I was just gonna live with for no extra charge.
Then I discovered they even did an auto detail inside the truck cab. I highly recommend this company and if I ever need auto repair I will definitely be back

The owner and staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Received updates almost everyday on the progress of work. My truck looks amazing and was even detailed inside and out. This team really went above and beyond. If I ever need body work done again I will definitely be going to Glacier Collision worxs.

Glacier Collision Worx did a wonderful job on my car! They got it done faster than anticipated, and for cheaper than estimated. After replacing the hood and front bumper my car needed, they totally cleaned my car inside and out. It looked fabulous! I highly recommend them. I will definitely go back to them if ever needed.

We recently got a “new to us” black Audi Q5. It’s the nicest car we’ve ever owned and have been meticulous about keeping it clean and looking sharp. So of course on a recent trip to Missoula we got the worst door ding ever in a grocery store parking lot. It was deep, down to the metal and pretty upsetting. I wasn’t sure what to do so took it to Glacier Collison Worx. They got our vehicle in within 2 days, coordinated paintless dent repair on the door ding and did the paint touch up. It turned out great! Owner Rick and the team at Glacier Collison Worx took great care of us!

I can’t say enough great things about Rick and his team at Glacier Collision Worx. I brought in my son's car after several other shops had written it off as a total loss and not worth repairing. Rick took the time to evaluate it thoroughly and provided us with a competitive quote and a realistic timeframe — and he delivered on both.
Throughout the process, Rick exceeded all expectations. Every time I stopped by, he was enthusiastic to show the progress and genuinely valued my input. Originally had my wife’s vehicle repaired Here a little over two years ago. We ended up having to bring it back for some warranty work well, because shiz happens.
But let me say the process of the warranty claim and customer service was exceptional, they got us in within the week, and they got the car back to us fast while keeping us updated on the progress. I couldn’t be happier with the color match and the quality of the work. Definitely will be using Glacier Collision Worx again.

I had an absolutely fantastic expeience with Glacier Collision Worx. Not only were they super kind and professional, but they wrapped up my repairs in just a couple days and $1000 under what everyone else was quoting me. Truly a great small town shop, I would highly recommend them.
