2 brothers run this place. One is super cool. The other has been crushed by a life of music that failed to elevate him beyond the agony of working retail. I often wonder as I browse the store if he ever knew the pure joy of music? I've been coming to music one for 15 years, I've never even seen him smile. I can't tell if he has more contempt for his job, or for his customers.. Last time I asked him a question about some equipment, he glared at me for a minute before he replied. I wanted to give him a hug. He looks really stressed out. I hope he can see through his own agony and realize the joy that his products bring others! Smile George! Music is fun dude!There other brother is super cool! he's worth putting up with grumpy pants once in awhile lol

Many people in the past have put some negative reviews but in my experience these guys are great. They have helped so much in my journey with getting in to guitars, bass and Ukulele. They have been helpful and answered any question I’ve had. I continue to go to them because ever experience is a successful one.

We have purchased three guitars from Music One and had a great experience each time. We took our son there to try his first guitar, and they hooked him up with a not too expensive one, so we could determine how serious he was about playing. A year later, we were back to upgrade his guitar, and we spent an hour in store as the owner had our son play several different guitars, hooked him up to an amp, and it was just a great experience! We will always recommend Music One to others and buy any future guitars from them!

I really this this is a cool store. I ended up buying a DAW system and microphones from here. They have a a variety of mics, recording systems and equipment. They also have variety of guitars and instruments in the back. There is a recording studio as well. I'm not sure If the if the guy that is in there is the owner but they have a really experienced and down to earth guy that always would help and give suggestions.

I so far have bought a couple guitars and other electronics and the service has been wonderful as the staff are kind and also helpful with knowledge of products A great music store !

Great staff that were very helpful. I live a few hours away and expected to have to drop off my guitar to be repaired and then pick it up the next time I was in town. But they said they'd work it into their schedule so I could take it home the same day. I'm a beginner player and the guy who worked on my guitar gave me some nice pointers and advice about maintaining it in a very nice and nonconscending manner. Recommend to everyone!

The owners are always very polite and super helpful. they have a lifetime of knowledge and can always answer any questions I may have. they have many great guitars for sale in every price range. It's the only real guitar shop in the valley and we need to support local businesses!

I love the way George sets up my floating trem guitars. Larry's pickup recommendation for a pickup for mt Les Paul was spot on. Support these guys they're awesome.

Everytime I walk out of this store i have exactly what I came in for and a smile.. I see people complaining on price and such things . This is a family owned business on main streat USA Do you think rent costs pixie dust and unicorn farts . When places like this are gone they don't come back I support local business and will continue to support Music 1.. They treat me like family

Ive had only a few interactions with this business - and as a novice musician I am not claiming expertise status - but as a customer of a business I will say I was treated very well - time was spent explaining a repair and also good information about care of an instrument. The repair work was good and the persons who do the repair have been certified through reliable makers of stringed instruments. I've had Larry do substantial electronic modifications and setup on three different Fender and Squier guitars, and all three jobs were respectfully negotiated, highly professional, and more than satisfactory from start to finish. The shop's guitar and amp inventory has impressively increased in the past year, and I've noticed a strong uptick in attention to customer service with walk-ins and idle browsers. I've done business for years with Music One, and consider our community lucky to have a shop of this quality and competency.
