Throughout the multiple iterations of our plan, Jeremy worked patiently with us in helping determine the best plants for our location, how to take care of them and suggested alternatives to some of our ideas. Not only was Jeremy a wealth of knowledge, but he was always humble and if he didn’t know the answer to something, he researched it thoroughly and quickly provided us with useful information. On several occasions, Jeremy made himself available to meet with us outside of normal business hours, as to not take away from his job responsibilities.

“These five stars are most particularly for Brandon in the window coverings section. What a helpful polite young man! He took The time to really listen (to a complete novice, I have never purchased blinds before), answered my questions and helped me come up with a solution for 10 windows sets. He also cut the blinds to the specifications right there and then. All done within fifteen minutes.. The whole transaction took about half an hour. I was amazed.I really thought I would have to land up ordering them online and paying a fortune, and having to pay extra for cutting them. But everything was handled brilliantly by Home Depot, and their excellent representative Brandon. So I thought I would take my time giving him a great review. ( I wish I could share a picture. They look fantastic up, ... chestnut faux wood, thicker sized blinds. They really make the white window frames and light trim pop!)”
