This location is nothing but rude unhelpful staff. They seem put out to do their jobs and management is awful. The only reason I shop there is because there’s like 5 options in Kalispell otherwise I’d go elsewhere.

I had a bad experience at this old navy. We got jeans for my son and he tried them on at home and wore them for a few hours before discovering they had a big rip in the leg. Of course he had been outside so I figured I better wash them. Then they wouldn’t take them back. They said I can’t prove I didn’t rip them. Even though I said they can’t resell ripped jeans they won’t take them back. They said I should’ve brought them in dirty. I won’t be coming back to this store, I’ll be sticking to online where you don’t have your integrity questioned.

The cashier asked me for my email address. I asked if I would get a discount . She said Yes. She rang up my purchase and did not give me a discount, she said it would be the next time that I come there. I told her to remove my email. She said that she could not and told me when I start getting emails I would have to unsubscribe. She lied to me to get my email.

The men's section has a better assortment of clothing and maintained. The ladies department looked as though the buyers were cleaning out their storeroom. Poorly merchandised.

This store was great but they must have gotten new management because all the employees seem stressed and upset. I came in and need help finding something and a lady named Danielle helped me but she was super short and kinda rude towards me. She acted as if she was annoyed that I need help. I even saw her get snappy with the employees. Not professional at all. Would give a 0/5 stars if I could.
