Sassafras is an art coop representing over 50 artists in downtown Kalispell. There is a lovely and eclectic mix of styles, craft and vision. I stepped in expecting one kind of store and my mind was blown at the variety, artistry and craftsmanship of these local artists. I could have spent over an hour here examining the different items. We purchased a beautiful thrown pottery mug, some magnets, some artisan cards, huckleberry preserves.
