The people are super friendly and my wait times are never more than 15-20 minutes. Ive been to other pharmacies and waited for days for them to fill my prescriptions. It seems like all pharmacies are busy anymore, but Smiths is still my top pick.

Smith's Pharmacy has a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that will always go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. It is well stocked and has anything and everything you could ever need but if they don't have an item, they will order it for you or direct you to where you can get it quickly.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and will answer any questions that I may have about my prescription. I would definitely prefer this pharmacy over Walgreens.

Avoid this place at all costs. There low rating makes since.
Had a prescription sent over here by an error of a walk in clinic. When I asked for them to change it by me and my sctusl pharmacy. They claimed to had done it already- they had not.
The pharmacist become rude and condescending. All these terrible reviews make since now.

Often busy, but helpful personnel. Never had any problems. Helpful with vaccinations and getting drug discounts. Prescriptions filled accurately.

Absolutely without any doubt the WORST shopping experience I have EVER had!!! The Kalispell Smith's is normally my favorite and where I do all my grocery shopping because they always have everything I need in stock and I've always found the employees helpful and friendly but last night... It was the worst. Once a month I do a major shopping trip and it normally totals $400-$600 which means a lot of items and last night was no different but when I went to check out there weren't any regular checkstands open only 5 of the self checkouts😳I asked the young man there if any of the regular checkstands were available and he told me no, that they had two people call in that I'd have to use the self checkouts and he said he'd help... His idea of help was I guess to tell me I could check out there because during the entire time I was ringing my items up and stacking bags on the floor he never asked if I was doing ok or needed anything, in fact I started getting so many bags on the floor I asked him if he'd get me an empty cart and he looked confused or conflicted but finally went and retrieved one so I could put my bagged groceries in it. Of course several times I needed an override due to the quantity of items, he was slow to get to me but finally scanned the override so I could continue. Know this is not the normal way Smith's operates but if there are two people scheduled to run checkstands and they both call in either another person should be called to request they fill in OR the shift supervisor needs to step up and fill in where needed. With the quantity of items I had when I was told I'd have to check myself out in what is essentially an express checkout I considered just walking away and going to another store but since I'd already spent over an hour filling a cart the idea of starting over wasn't appealing. This shopping experience was a one star but since I know this is not how they normally operate it still rates 4 stars and hopefully this issue will be addressed to avoid this kind of incident in the future.
