First time buyer. Flavor was great but the casing on the sausage so tough it hurt my teeth to take a bite and the struggle made the bun and fixins a mess.

Absolutely the best andouille, we use it in our shrimp boils, gumbo, and jambalaya. Do y’all sell direct? Our store doesn’t always have the andouille.

Friendly personnel, quick unloading, and easy place to navigate although entry area is a bit small. Plenty of room to pull up and back in.

My trucker love ? delivered to these folks...they are an outstanding mom n pop business. Unloaded quickly and even gave us some bacon and sausage...excited to try it. Looking forward to delivering to them again!!!

Well....what can I say. Hope u can drive good. Swing off the street is a real bear. Have to use the whole street. Get your tandems all the way up. Have to leave room for trash pickup and traffic to get thru. There is enough room but it's real tight at end of driveway.....just take Ur time
