Excellent customer service. My husband and I were in town for vacation and he needed a pair of white pants for his baseball league immediately upon our return home and they had a great selection.

After a week of bopping to and fro trying to find gear for the University of Montana and Montana State (I went to both, don't judge), we landed on Universal Athletic. And they did not disappoint. Amazing selection for both schools--t-shirts, long sleeves, fleeces, vests, hats, beer huggies, decals, stickers, stocking caps, pompom hats, and on and on. It made our trip to find this story and stock up on gear from both places. Everyone was super helpful. We didn't feel pressured nor did we feel like we were being observed as possible shoplifters. Just a great experience all the way around. Bonus: I found a baseball trucker cap for my high school alma mater here, as well.
