UPS no longer delivers to my zip code on Fridays due to a rural deferment program to save them money. Two weeks in a row now my package has sat at my local UPS facility from Friday morning until delivery Monday night with no option to pick it up. This 1 star review is a reflection of my lost time and money, having paid for 2 day shipping only to have UPS decide to not deliver the packages. It's like when Newman stopped delivering the mail on Seinfeld.

Suddenly, without explanation, UPS started leaving notes on my door saying I had to sign for packages that in fact required no signature. They would take the package to Michael's instead. Now I'm at Michael's trying to retrieve my packages, they're on the counter - I can reach out and touch them. only I come to find that UPS had put a note on my packages saying to NOT release them to me?!? I try calling someone to get to the bottom of this situation only to have the automated voice service hang up on me repeatedly.A more infuriating experience would be hard to imagine. Suffice to say, UPS in Kalispell MT, is absolutely awful! In all ways imaginable. I will be making every effort in the future to avoid using them and sincerely hope others read this review and think twice about which shipping service they decide to use.

Just awful all around. Packages will show they made it to the facility here. But they still won’t make it to your house for a few days. And if you go in to get it lol good luck. And they want raises……..

Nobody there knows how to do their job apparently. Everyone is waiting on our checks where I work, and UPS can't even drop them off the day they are supposed to. Someone needs to loose their job there, or get replaced ASAP!!! What a total disgrace.

Ups lost my package, so i used tracking to try and find it. It said the package had made it to this facility, so i drove up to recover it only to find out that the tracking is fake and my package had never made it there. It was a 44 inch 30 pound package....how could they lose something that big. The only reason it gets even one star is for the nice lady that was helping me. When i call ups its impossible to talk with a live person that can help me.

My packages we're delivered at the bottom of my stairs no one even bothered to knock on my door when I checked my email an hour later I was informed they were left on my doorstep I looked outside and they were at the bottom of the stairs completely full of snow

I have spoken with 3 different representatives and 2 superviors. Still no answers, over 2 hours of combined time on the phone and they are still unable/unwilling to help.I will no longer be using UPS, for any of my shipping needs. FedEx has won this customer over thanks to the horrendous customer service at UPS.
