The worst operating post office.Mail isn't delivered on time; "parcel mail by 1130" or 1230 or whatever they change it to this week. Mail still isn't delivered following business day.Posted hours are never correct. Consistently closed during "open" hours.Mail is delivered to incorrect boxes or incorrect people constantly.I cannot fathom the level of incompetence it takes to run a post office this way.

Okay I'm done. The mail people need to actually do their job. Just because my neighbors mailbox is smaller than mine, does not give you the permission to put their oversize mail in mine. Stop doing that. Deliver it to their door or leave a slip.

Since they shortened the hours, some packages worth a lot of money have gone missing, never to be seen again. There's a 50/50 chance of anything actually arriving. Pretty disappointing.

Everytime I use this post office I've had nothing but great service. I'm here to mail a package, pick up mail. Not to talk about the weather. The location has undergone changes through the pandemic. This post office had held the charge and keep on doing for our community. Also, directly commenting to Jane M:You are naming a federal employee Veronica Perry. If you have issue with her grow up and talk to a supervisor or call the 800# for USPS. In your complete thread stalking is described; seeing Veronica smoking on her vape, is working or has not been working. Harassment and cyberbullying of a federal employee is punishable by federal law.

I was happy with this location until they changed the lobby hours. Closed on the weekend and closed at 430. Most people aren't even off work by than. I am having trouble getting my mail and had to forward to my home address. I am closing my po box because of the inconvenience. Seems they aren't thinking of their customers at all.

Service is virtually always on point. They are struggling though due to threats against customers by the transient community so hours are very restricted and you pretty much have to go to the Meridian location to get anything done.

Today I arrived at this location at 3:45 PM only to be met with an angry guest who grunted "they closed early today!" At the front of their kiosk was a handwritten sign that read, 'we are closing at 3:45 PM today', and at the bottom of that sign was slogan reading 'We are Hiring.'Just update your 'Google My Business' hours on days like this folks, help out your patrons. Our staffing challenges in most business sectors is a serious reality, and most of us get it, well, except the guest who met me at the door.Finally, if you are genuinely concerned about your staffing needs, place applications at your storefront, post a URL somewhere for a would-be job seeker that points to your ATS, or a QR code. Wishing you all the best of luck at your job fairs here in the Flathead over the next few days.

I frequently use this post office in my line of work, as well as personally. Every time I've had an interaction with Veronica, it's less than pleasant. She clearly doesn't want to do her job, and her customer service skills are nonexistent. I prefer to use the Whitefish post office, the ladies there are exemplary in comparison. For example: I had to mail out something that had to be hand sorted. Instead of just stamping it, she chose to argue with me over how it could not be mailed, and yet another post office was happy to take it with the correct postage.

I usually carry my post office box key in my wallet. I took it out when I went on vacation, and I forgot to put it back in right away when I got back. I didn't realize I had forgotten my key until I was already in town to retrieve my mail. When I approached the counter to ask if the counter agent would please empty my box for me, there was nobody in the post office except for me and her. She told me they won't retrieve mail for people anymore, and that there was a sign posted somewhere stating this new policy. She said the new policy is in place because it slows down the line. I told her I understand, but no one is in here and nobody is in line behind me. She said it's not her job, and it's my fault I forgot my key. I asked her to make me a new key then please, and I will obviously pay for it. She asked me if I lost my key. I said no, but I would like to retrieve my mail today; I live pretty far outside of town. It will cost me the same to pay for a new key as it would to drive 1 hour round trip. She said because I technically have a key, she would not make me a new one. This was an unbelievably horrible experience! A normal business would never get away with this level of poor service and bad attitude. Then when I looked at the other online reviews for this branch, it was evident that I am not the only one who has experienced the government mentality and way of doing business.

Either Bethany Hughes is friend or family member of Veronnica's making a fake/false review for her benefit or ignorant to Veronnica's real personality.There is never just one person at the post office handling hundreds of packages and Veronnica is a covert narcissist that doesn't know how to treat anyone with kindness or respect.Any supposed nice behavior from her is completely fake.Veronnica is constantly tampering with people's mail for her own sick power trips.She arrived at this once quiet and peaceful post office a couple years ago and seems to think she owns the place by making up her own "rules" and "policies."She has ruined the nice atmosphere at this location and no one wants her there.

We were impressed with everything available in terms of packaging supplies and easily accessible. There was only one staff member there, and hundreds upon hundreds of po boxes to be sorting for.Veronnica treated each customer who walked up with respect and friendliness and the closest thing we could have to a complaint was that the bell on the front desk was not very loud. ?
