I would leave zero if I Could step up your vetting on who your hiring because apparently my 3 year old niece could get a job as a parcel delivery driver at USPS. Teacher your drivers how to read numbers and addresses second time in 6 months a parcel got delivered to the wrong apartment number with no damage to the address label apartment number clear as day this time I got lucky and this neighbor was kind enough to make sure I got my package the first neighbor a few months ago was not which cost me around a few hundred dollars to replace the parcel.

Constant operational delays almost every package and doesnt answer the phone. Checked tracking and package arrived in Kalispell yesterday at 4:00am then got delayed yesterday, checked again today and now its in Billings. How? This past month nothing but operational delays. Cant even confirm with them if they received my package since they dont answer their phones, so I can just pick it up from them so I dont need to waste a drive. It sucks when your business relies on transport/shipping. Literally losing money because of the mediocre operations.

Ridiculous! As i was waiting in the huge line that stretched into the lobby, an outgoing customer commented that it took 40 minutes to get through the line! Last week when I went it was 30 minutes! Get a high school kid or someone to handle the package pickup.

Idk how this is a functioning post office. First when they replaced our post master we stopped getting packages delivered to our house stating "No Turn Around" which is false. We had no issues getting packages before the new driver they just have decided walking it not something they are going to do, AND we still randomly get packages at our front door when I am assuming the new driver is not working that day. Which brings my to my next complaint. Constant pink slips to pick up packages but when we went to pick up our package today they couldn't find it. Well, where is it? You are the ones who lost our mail yet have no answer to where it is? Maybe get out of the vehicle and deliver the mail and you won't lose my package. Incompetent delivery drivers.

Don't bother with a hold mail request.. they'll still deliver your packages to your door. Good thing camera's exist I guess..

Normally a great post office but one thing I don't like is if for some reason I have an Amazon package that's being delivered on a Sunday (literally listed as 'out for delivery') it never gets delivered because there's always an 'issue with access'. Every. Single. Time. There's no issue with access. WE have a post box down by the main road and even so my house is not more than a couple of hundred feet away from it and the roads are always free and clear. If you simply don't have someone to do the package delivery, that's fine, just say so. Just don't list the package as 'out for delivery' and then say 'oh we tried but we couldn't get anywhere near your house'.

The people that work here have been so incredibly rude to me every time I come in. I avoid going to usps at all costs. I'm so tired of getting treated poorly because they hate their jobs.

The workers were all so patient and kind despite how busy they were! Michelle was so kind with me as I trying to help me track down my missing package, and choose the most cost effective option for another package.
