Antonio was awesome! I walked in without an appointment and had a short wait till someone was available to help. Antonio worked out a couple options with plans/phones and helped me find the best one for what I needed. He was personable and knowledgeable.

Chase the manager was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions, helped me replace the back of my phone, add my military discount, and walk me through the process of adding another line.
His professionalism was 10/10 and I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Absolutely terrrible would definitely recommend don’t go here they only focus on costumers that wanan buy stuff don’t ever help any other customers and the one down town kallispell sells and fixes they are way better

Would give 0 stars if I could. Refused to help me out. Made us call a bunch of customer service numbers that gave us conflicting information that the in-store people were telling us. Absolutely refused to help us other than giving us the same number to call. Went to the Evergreen store and they helped us right away. Do NOT use this store. Do yourselves a favor and go to the Evergreen store for anything you need!

I would love to just rave about this place but twice now we have had to go elsewhere.
We walked in and right away an associate walks up and gets our name and says someone will be right with you.
We think oh that's great. Well it wasn't cuz no one spoke with us again till we left.
There were several problems with this visit-There were 4 customers before us which isn't the problem.
That's fine and dandy but as told to us by the 1st couple-they had been there for 2 hours and 45 minutes and couldn't seem to get the phone they wanted even though a phone was originally offer to them.
A kind lady sat next to us and she had been there for two hours-no one came by to check on her and there was no one offering apologies for the delays in service.
A family was before her and who knows how long it took for them to even be seen.
The kicker for us was a young couple was there at this store for the duration of our visit-the clerk was selling them everything under the sun and still was able to have a casual conversation for what seemed to be about everything other then getting them serviced and out the door.A couple ladies walked in and was able to get help right away and when we another came in and was sitting for a long time finally confronted a clerk and said-we are going to teen mobile in which the clerk fired back-They Had an appointment. Maybe they did but you left the lady at the counter whom you started working with and she was only there to return a phone.She was already there for 2 hours and now you left her hanging...come on.No one wants to spend there day at a phone place watching the time go by while the guys shoot the breeze with clients and waist every ones time.This is the 2nd time this has happened and we have learned our lesson-never again.Next time we will dissolve our business and try a different carrier.This deserves no stars as the service is aweful and is shameful to those who have had to waist so many hours just to get simple things done let alone maybe some good products.

We have waited 45 minutes and not been taken care of. A lady next to us has been here 2 hours. 3 reps working. Ruiz has so far taken care of 2 customers but the other 2 have the same customers since we came in. Very poor service so far. We ended up leaving. They called the lady up and then 3 other customers came in. The rep left the lady and started helping one of the new customers. Found out she had an appointment. Why would you not finish with the original customer. T-mobile is looking better every day.

I am very disappointed with this store. I have been a Verizon customer for about 30yrs last January 2023 we traded a phone in towards a new phone. The sales person gave us the paperwork and shipping envelope and everything. We'll it's now May 2024 and we still have not received our 800.00 trade in. The Manger Chase Creviston was suppose to figure things out and get back to as of today nothing. Be aware of this store and it's dishonesty

I am a 23 year old women and I first went into this store by myself. I needed to upgrade my phone and Cameron was the one who helped me. He wanted to charge me $400 and my plan would have gone up $11 a month. If I switched my plan it would go up $3.50 a month or I could pay a down payment of $127. I decided to come back with my dad who is the account owner and guess what?? The person who helped me when I came back didn’t charge me ANYTHING. Justin was AMAZING he was able to get me a free upgrade from my iPhone 11pro to a iPhone 15. But I can’t help but think what I would have been told if my father wasn’t with me? I’m very disappointed with this store and the fact that they would allow one of their salesman to lie and up charge someone just to make commission. I’m disappointed that Cameron wanted to make a quick buck off of a “naïve” women. Luckily the second time I came in an honest person helped me.

Visited not too long ago and received excellent customer service from one of the guys. He was patient with me and explained exactly how to use my new iPhone since I’m normally an Android user! Thanks for the help, Rob! Will definitely be back!

Super long wait for something simple. The people working are unable to multi task and assist with a quick thing while waiting 30 minutes for new phones to update. The guy at the door was rude and unhelpful.
