I LOVE this Walmart, go to Hutton Ranch Walmart every week and it is the same consistent GREAT customer service every time! Debbie is my all-time favorite, she has been there as long as I can remember, always a smile and super helpful. Robert, Alice, Jamie and many others have given great cs every time I am there. I use their curbside pickup which is super-fast and easy. Walmart has THE best prices in town, we are LUCKY to have Walmart, many towns are experiencing big box stores moving from their communities. No one is perfect, Walmart serves thousands of shoppers a day, our Kalispell MT store is clean, it is orderly and the staff is always very friendly and professional, their prices are great. Kalispell has grown by thousands and thousands of people in the last 3 years and Walmart never skipped a beat, neither did our grocery stores, salons, restaurants and I'm GRATEFUL we have Walmart here. Thank YOU, Walmart and all your great associates!

Jammed packed accuses everyone but their employees as thieves.got held up for forty minutes cuz their self checkouts monitors are lazy. I bought a game asked can ya take this off for me. N they said no we dont do that. Buzzer went off asci left surprise mr wannabe LPO was atvthe door. Had to wait for the cops to clear me to leave. As i was leaving an employee blew smoke in my face. So i learned two things. If ya get a game always go thru regular checkouts. Always avoid self checkouts and two always order thru the app

KALISPELLS POPULATION has exploded. This Walmart was horribly,terribly overcrowded. Shoppers get enraged if they have to slow down or move their cart for another to get buy.You could feel the tension. Walmart needs another store here. It is just to crowded. It is just like the Kalispell DMV & Drivers License office. To do a Walk in to get a Driver's License is just not gonna happen.They tell you to go online and make an appointment. Appointments are made far out into the future. When the population dramatically increases hire more or build more. You can't keep going with the Status Quo.

I used to love coming going to Walmart, but I've learned that different stores have different items. This Walmart definitely has less items than the one in Great Falls, whenever I go in to by clothes I can never find my size and am told to go online to find it. I'm not much of a fan of online shopping when it comes to clothes, but since being in Kalispell I have been doing a lot of it. However they do have some good bargains like today they had fishing poles for 5 dollars, which was a steal in a book.

I came here today and bought sunscreen spray. I was trying to use it before going out so i can do its job. Then 1 lady, an employee just came and yelled at me: "if you are going to do it, do it in the bathroom or outside. Spray it here makes my store stink". Excuse me, first, she is not the owner of the Walmart. Second, if it's stink, why do you sell it here? I felt being racist as an Asian here. I gave it 1 star just because I can't give 0 or negative

The store had one Cashier working on a Sunday afternoon when people are trying to get what they need for the week, before going to work. One cashier, one register, but of course the self checkout lanes were open, unfortunately there was a long line on both sides of the store with people trying to check themselves out, Why you say??? Because there was only one register open!!!

Obviously, their goal is to make us all employees and check out ourselves. They should just take out some cash registers as they only use a couple. Store shelves half-empty constantly. Let's beam down a message ... things in this country are only going to get worse. People don't want to work. Our government wants a disruption of goods. Adjust to the new world and do something for your customers. Oh, pardon me. Walmart is one of the partners in the new world order and could now care less about customers. You and Amazon control the consumer world. Such a shame. A shell of what it once was. Sam must be spinning in his grave. His grandchildren are so woke they're going to die of sleep deprivation.

So we came here from out of town and we were so excited to see a decent Walmart. The Hood River Oregon Walmart is a joke and has nothing worth anything. It is a small 1990's Walmart trying to be a big super Walmart. Here in Kalispell my family and I were excited. The selection was great but self checkout only and maybe one lane. I know employment is down but stop mandating and let people live and if you free them from dictatorship the employees will come.

Huge lines in the self checkout , one checkout person in the regular lanes. If I could purchase ice on Amazon I would. Walmart has hit rock bottom.

If you're going to install 20 lanes why would you only ever staff 2 cashiers at one time? In line for the better part of an hour to get what took me 10 minutes to pick off the shelves.

They are awful. Bad customer service overall. When you order stuff online and you ask for help they treat you like you are stupid and talk down to you as well. They also don't care if they messed up your online order completely. It's just an overall bad company that can use so many improvements. I would not reccomend shopping here if you can avoid it.

Called to ask if they carried bug spray. Was told "I can't tell you that." When I asked why they hung up on me. We won't be shopping here again.

Dropped by a quick grocery run and was able to find everything that we needed. Masks and sanitizing was in effect , which was good to see . The Deli section was also well stocked and there was ample variety.
