Awful. Always a wait and rude. The assistant manager Heather was particularly rude and feels like she can interrupt people. Go somewhere else do NOT trust these people with your money. You will regret any time you spend here.

I've been banking there for over 10 years today I tried to deposit cash and went to the drive thru. I sent in my debit card, the cash, and a government ID that I have used hundreds of times at that branch, as well as other WF's around the country (including the other one in Kalispell).They decided to not deposit my CASH into my account, even though the also had my debit card, they then proceeded to scold me when I asked for either them to depositMY $$, or return it with my 2 forms of ID. They wanted to argue with me instead of just returning my $. This all.lasted approximately 20 minutes in the drive thru where only 1 other car was during the entire time I was there.After, I tried to call the branch 3 times to ask for the manager to get it straightened out, UT never got to a live person and was redirected to an automated national system.HORRENDOUS customer service. May need to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the lowest of lowest LIARS. If they send you a promotional code or promotion to get you in to bank with them especially a three or four hundred dollar bonus which they usually try to trick you with throw it in the garbage these people are liars they don't honor their promotions. Thomas S. Is one of them, and the manager is on the same level. Bank local, this disease is taking our money and freedom!!! Bank local, wells Fargo should not exist in Montana or Kalispell

Terrible customer service. Never willing to help anyone. Always pointing fingers at other companies when they continuously mess stuff up. Definitely do not bank here.

I can not get a hold of my local bank in Kalispell. Their number goes to the national Wells Fargo. Customer service is gone. I need to get a hold of my bank and the national one can’t even get a hold of them. They have the same number I have. Super frustrating.

I walked into this wells fargo today and stood in line with no other customers for 10 minutes while being ignored by both clerks until someone pulled into the into the drive through and catered to them. I'm never going back to this branch.

Every time I have been able to avoid talking to a teller I have had the best experience through wells fargo. But everytime I have to deal with someone on the phone, in the drive thru, or in person, I end up running in circles for weeks.Usually I like wells fargo because I'm able to accomplish everything I need online instead of having to deal with tellers. Recently, my card pin stopped working. I was told I would be able to change my PIN at an ATM which didn't work. Then I went through the drive thru and was told I needed to see a teller in person but that I could drive around right then. I decided to do it a different day, but they failed to mention they are by appointment only. Plus, no one at the branch, at the time I showed up, had the ability to change my pin even though they had time to see me.

Nice staff, convenient location and never too crowded. Be sure to enter from 3rd St not 2nd or you will have to loop around though.

I do not hold a high opinion of Wells Fargo Bank. I closed my accounts. Cruddy interest rates, rude tellers, and the online banking app is a joke. I don't recommend.

I called the highway 93 branch and they didn't answer all three times. I was in need of some help with a proof of address statement. I got the downtown branch on the first ring and they were SO helpful. Jacquelyn went above and beyond and made sure to get me all the info I needed plus any extra to insure I didn't have any issues. True oh was a lovely experience and she was patient and kind. Highly recommend the downtown branch, even if you're closer to the 93 branch.

Was manipulated and tricked by Gary Cockerill. Lost $1200 and it is owed to me. He also made sexual advances at me. I feel so grossed out and used. Still deciding how to handle the situation. Wells Fargo has been great other than HIM.
