Two things: First, the woman working on 2/13/25 around 12:50pm left the store completely unattended for several minutes while in the restroom. There were customers waiting.
Second, I had my 6 month old with me. My husband checked the men's room for a changing table and there was none so I checked the women's room. Not only was there no changing table, the worker very rudely said "yeah, we don't have one." I left to change my baby in the car while my husband paid and he asked about not having a changing table and the worker was again very rude and stated that "we don't even have to provide restrooms for the public. I could just lock them."
While I understand not everywhere has changing facilities for infants, there is NO reason to be rude when asked. I won't visit again unless I have to.

Not sure why but 2 different times they took my money and put a hold on my account i have to wait 7 days now ..thanks zip trip charging me for gas I never got either smh i did call my bank they said u guys took it off my card

This store has been through a lot recently and the employees are still consistently friendly and courteous. The area manager has stepped in to help and he has been very helpful as well.

I'm only giving this store 5 star review for one hard worker he's super friendly and is super hard worker I'm in the store almost everyday he is never crude or rude no matter what

ALL windshield washing stations bone dry while staff just sit and smoke/play on their phones out front. Didn’t even bother going to buy stuff after that

I stopped here to fill my tank, spent over $100 in gas. I then went inside to break a $20 into $10s. The older woman working that night was rude and refused to make change. I did not even finish asking her before she shook her head and told me “no”. I went across the street to Town Pump. They kindly made my change no questions asked. Where to you think I’ll be getting gas and shopping from now on? I wouldn’t want to waste your employees time anymore.

I was refused service for not parking straight by the long haired cashier younger guy and was cussed out I was so scared for my life I’m never going there again I’m now traumatized I spend 100$ A week there now I can’t walk In to a gas station with out having flash backs of the scary incident

Went here twice yesterday (morning & evening) and both times several customers were inside the store with no masks.Will not be back again. I will not support a business who can’t enforce a policy that helps keeps Americans SAFE.
