Cabins were really clean. They are very reasonable price. The bed was kind of high off the ground when you're a short person, but other than that it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again.

Staff was fantastic, helpful and professional.Facilities like shower and laundry areas were clean and spacy. The reasonably Priced Cabins are VERY roomy for the average family(Ours slept 5 easily)!! The Marina across the street had several water family activities and a fabulous bar/restaurant with Gorgeous Views!!

Great location. Lots to do in the area but prices are extremely high for camping.

I love this rv park because of its location. It doesn't quite fit my description of a "resort" but I love it anyway. It is within walking distance to the lake, the park/beach, bars, restaurants, grocery store. The pull through sites are long, sites are gravel with concrete patios, not very much shade. I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and had no problems. The staff is very friendly. They had a 4th of July potluck which was a great bonus. You might have a small view of the water depending on what site you're in, but the lake is literally across the street to enjoy. I'm sure I will be back again next summer.

The Edgewater is a wonderful little combination motel and RV resort. The pictures that you see are of condominium A. Unfortunately all of the cabins were taken. The place is very clean and probably the most conveniently located in Lakeside. If you do stay there, try to get one of the cabins, they are located perpendicular to the highway and are set back a little bit farther. All in all this place is great.

This is my third consecutive summer here. The park has lost its caretakers of 16 years due to a change of ownership. The new ownership is run by the son-in law of the new owner, his name is Joel.Joel is spread very thin. He is the general manager and has responsibilities that include running the RV park, motel, Flathead Marina, and the Harbor Grille Restaurant. He is a nice man who tries very hard. His upper management is good, ie…Mariah…His day to day operations are handled by very responsible young men and women from area high schools and perhaps colleges. I had an emergency at the marina that required paramedics. These young people where so helpful. They rose to the occasion and went above and beyond their responsibilities.Their are area where improvement is needed. The reservation system, the dog park and perhaps some additions like Pickleball or workout facility.HOWEVER, the parks location is awesome. Right across from Flathead Lake. Their is a boat ramp, restaurants, coffee shops, water sport rentals, fishing charter, and banks. There is a small grocery store, and several gas stations. The RV park is only 45 minutes from Whitefish, 20 minutes to Kalispell or Big Fork and 50 minutes to Polson, or Glacier. The cost is consistent with other RV sites. Unfortunately, I cost to stay continues to escalate. The place has the potential to be great, lots of land and potential. I will conclude with this everyone is kind.

Staff was friendly. Clean bathrooms and laundry facilities. Sites are very close together. A little scary crossing the road. The city park has signs everywhere saying No Dogs. Obviously that isn't the parks fault but, in the future, I would probably not stay here.

The cabins are cute, but in need of maintenance. Mostly just little things, but irritating especially when considering how expensive they were. Also, be aware that despite the name, they are not by the water - they are across the highway from a restaurant and dock, but for swimming you need to go a few miles up the road. Also don't plan on wifi - they have it, but the signal is so weak it's useless.

Wonderful Customer service but that does not make it worth it. They are way overpriced for shotty internet, no shade and no view. As out of towners dependent on their website description we anticipated something with at minimum a water view with a price of $140 but instead got generic concrete city with hook ups. Joel was just wonderful and helped us when their 30amp connection was lose and let us borrow a 50amp converter from the office so we could have a/c and power size it was 90 out. But overall under impressed and over priced.

We are happy here. Staying in our RV. Everything works good. The only thing I'm not happy about is the resort showers could use some improvement. Water pressure and temperature adjustments not the best. Nevertheless it gets the job done.

Nicely located RV park. Near restaurants, beaches and across from the lake. Big rig friendly, but the RV park was lack luster. Just gravel and cement pads, older bathroom facilities and almost no grassy or shaded areas. Not very dog friendly either, with a small sad dog run. Will probably try a different RV park next time we visit Flathead.
