West Shore / Flathead Lake State Park is an absolutely beautiful campground and park right on the lake. It offers a great campground with clean, shady, and well-kept sites, including large tent pads. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful view, a nice little rock beach, a swim area, and a decent boat launch. The park features perfect hiking trails in the woods and down to the shore, with some aggressive inclines and rocky paths. It is a fun place for hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, and other outdoor adventures. A small fee is required to enter. The park is well-ran and well patrolled, with friendly staff. Some trailer sites can be challenging to navigate.
Awesome place for Day use as well as camping. Nice beach access and short. trails. Perfect for kids and Seniors. Washrooms were clean.

The West shore unit of Flathead lake State Park is a very nice place to stay. Whether you have an RV or are tent camping. Most of the camping sites are isolated and quiet with a very short walk down to the lakes shoreline

Beautiful area in the Flathead Valley, right on the Flathead Lake. Lots of hiking trails, rock hunting, picnic tables, and geocaching!
