I called Laurel auto clinic and I was able to bring my truck in the next week. He did the repairs and had the vehicle back to me that same day with no further issues. It's fascinating and also reassuring to hear how the service techs verbalize each item to one another for confirmation before signing off and sending a vehicle out the door. The level of professionalism blows basically every oil change shop in Chicago I've been to out of the water. And the free ice cream is a very nice touch. ?”
