Only reason this is one-star is because I cannot choose zero or the more appropriate Negative 11 stars.Beware of Ryan. Today my doctors sent in a prescription refill with the intent on me starting to take the pills the next day. CVS Laurel sent me a text saying they couldn't fill my prescription for another five days. I was asking why and how a pharmacist can overrule what my doctor clearly sees as a vital medication for me to begin immediately. In his answer he repeatedly told me to shut up and on called me an ass before hanging up on me. When I called back, he started in with, "Are you going to be an ass? before telling me that he was in fact a doctor of pharmacy. To which I just said, yes, but you aren't my doctor, and my doctor wants me to start taking these meds now. I spoke to the store manager and asked if it was CVS policy to use profanity towards its customers. And just to be clear, I never raised me voice, nor did I ever use any profanity towards this pharmacist Ryan. Reading Sandy W.'s post here from 10/18/21 it seems the pharmacy manager is just as rude and useless as this Ryan jerk. I have never ever been so appalled. Never has any one in the service industry (let alone pharmacy) used profanity against me. Despite the degrees he sounds so smug about, I doubt his professionalism, because a real pharmacist would not call a patient in need of vital medicine an "ass."When I was a kid growing up, it was almost unanimous in my community that our towns pharmacist were the most respected professionals of any career professional. I guess times have changed, or Ryan has not gotten the memo. I tried to get his last name and employee number but could not get that. I do believe I found his last name, but want to check more before I publish it. In short, I will never do business with any CVS ever again, and will write complaints of this incident all the way up to the CVS CEO if I have to. No reason, a pharmacist should be so discourteous and rude to a patient, a customer. Well, customer no more. Rudy Tvorksy

Good morning,
I am writing to you this morning after sitting on hold with the Mt Laurel store through 7 separate calls totaling 93 min and being hung up on numerous times between yesterday afternoon and this morning to find out why a script was unable to be filled. I then stopped (while I was also on hold again this am) in the drive through of rt 38 Mt Laurel to find out what the issue was. I honestly assumed it was an insurance issue and I needed the explanation so I could call them to fix. It turned out the issue was stock to which I understand however had I been able to get that information I could have found another pharmacy in stock. Instead my daughter was in respiratory distress longer than needed due to incompetence on the part of CVS. This is far from the first time this has happened however I am over voices of consumers being unheard. I’m also extremely frustrated that I have now waisted 2 hours of my time dealing with this issue the last 16 hours. It’s clear that CVS cooperation does not value consumers time nor their health.
On a positive note, the staff I dealt with this morning was helpful after I refused to not be heard and for that I thank them.

Beware of the pharmacy manager. We have had two incidents with her. This past winter she accused my husband of having already picking up his prescription. "I remember you because you had a MAGA hat and a red coat." I insisted she pull the video because the day she said we picked up the order we were both working. After pulling the video, she had to apologize and then give us the meds for free because they had charged someone else. Last week, after verifying on the app that his meds were ready, my husband drove the 80 miles to the pharmacy. When he arrived nothing was ready and after he lost his temper the pharmacy manager blackballed him. The next day, she deleted all of his health information out of their system. The online rep had to do a conference call with my husband and all of his doctors to get his health and prescription information back in the system. I can get no one at corporate to call me back and their online complaint system does not work. Good Luck!!!
