A great job by Tom and crew again. Had an issue with my 2021 F-150; they kept me up to date, and did the necessary repairs quickly. It always worth the drive.

Holy smokes are these guys crooked. Tried to trade in an expedition on a F150. They wanted to know background on the expedition as far as maintenance and major repairs. It had all its routine maintenance and I told them it had the transmission replaced under Ford factory warranty a year ago at a Ford dealer. They told me any warranty work done to the vehicle drastically reduces trade in value. They quickly looked it up in their computer and said since the transmission was replaced at a Ford dealer under warranty they would have to take $5k off my trade in value! Absolute insanity….I honestly thought they were kidding around and when I laughed the salesman immediately got nasty. Wow! I got up and left at that point and traded it in at Ford in miles city with no trade reduction for warranty work performed. Strongly suggest that Ford looks into the business practices here, I was considering switching brands based on this.

Jim in service did a great job fixing 3 of our company vehicle. Got us in and out fast so we could put them back to work. Kept in contact the whole time. Would recommend over anyone else in town!

Took our 2023 Ford F350 in for service. We have a hotshot business and in a huge bind. We called explained that we were getting codes for our TBCM and we needed it fixed ASAP. On top of needing regular maintenance such as oil change and new oil filter. 265$ dollars later and only about 45 min later they call back telling us everything is done. When asked about the TBCM problem they said o it’s fine I asked exactly what they checked and they said we did routine maintenance. So they refused to work on the problem and said it would be weeks before they could fit it in to work on it. They weren’t worth a damn. So we took it down the road to Billings and actually received some help.

Quick service at reasonable price. They were able to return vehicle to my home. This means so much to me because finding someone who can offer transportation for me is burdensome. I live out of town.

Outstanding customer service at Laurel Ford. We had our truck towed over 140 miles to this location and well worth it. They were fantastic. Timely and professional service. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend this team!

We've been costumers of their service department for over 20 years and simply cannot say enough good things about this team. Wonderful, relaxing place to wait, very knowledgeable techs, honesty, and reasonable prices. Probably not the cheapest by the hour (although maybe) but they are quick and I believe the bottom line is cheaper than most other places. I always leave with confidence in what they've done. They actually care about the customers and it is a great place to do business!!!

Exceptional service,across the board. Marti making the deal work, for an out of state trade in, without a title in hand.Stewart for his help after the sale. He helped transfer all of my gear, and install roof crossbars, and a roof basket.Tom in service, additionally provided excellent post sale service.The ownership and management have assembled an exceptional team.I would not have any reservations about doing business with Laurel Ford again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Laurel Ford as the phone operator, Service manager, Service writer and the Diesel Tech mechanic all bent over backwards for me after I broke down while traveling on vacation. I was unable to speak with two other dealers in the area because I kept being sent to voice mail in their service departments even when I told the operator I was remotely broken down and had to travel 2 miles just to get connectivity and needed to speak to someone in service and could not leave a message. Laurel Ford operator quickly put me in touch with their service manager and he stated he would work to get me in as soon as possible when the only other dealer wanted me to wait 3 weeks. After being towed out of the back woods of Wyoming and arriving late at 5:30PM the service manager met me on the street where my truck with a camper on top was unloaded on the street. The diesel tech also came to the street and began diagnosing the no-start situation of my 2001 F350 Diesel. The service department closed at 6PM but people stayed late to start resolving the problem. I was told they would work on the truck first thing in the morning. When I arrived the next day at 10:30 AM I was told the truck was repaired as the Diesel Tech came in early at 5:30AM to replace the glow plugs on my truck. After an additional hour of charging the batteries I was off and back on vacation after less than 24 hours at the shop. Laurel Ford is the absolute best. While I plan to move to the area in the future, I will travel long distances to have Laurel Ford do maintenance on my vehicles in the future. Never had customer service like this. These folks are the greatest! Thank you, William

This only applies to the service department and excludes the Lube service.I had a check engine light come on and I reset the code. I scheduled an appointment for the next business day as the truck could benefit from an oil and fuel filters change.I was there early and explained my issue. The service guy said he probably couldn't do anything as the code was reset but could check.What he did was dump me on the oil change guy. That guy changed my oil and fuel filters and told me the diesel tech was busy.So i had to drive away with a possible ticking time bomb and hope I don't get stranded. I was just driving through when this happened.5 star service would have been them getting my truck in and checking it out. Even if they couldn't do anything as their was no code at the moment they could have checked for sounds and Leaks as the codes suggested a turbo leak and possible leaks. I had recorded the codes.4 star service would have been saying we can't look at it today but I talked to the mechanic about the codes and he said xxx. The earliest we can look at it is xxx.3 star service would have been what happened but the guy actually coming to talk to me rather than dumping me on the oil change guy.I got 2 star service.Despite getting screwed over the oil change guy was super professional and courteous.

Traveling through the area for work and I needed to get my truck serviced. Don in the service department took great care of me and even though they were pretty booked up was able to squeeze my truck in and get it taken care of. Very friendly, professional and fast service. I wish all the dealerships service centers I visited were this good. Thank you Don and the crew for taking care of my truck!

We haven't bought a rig from here recently, but when we did it was always fantastic service. When we brought in both our trucks recently, I was beyond impressed with the service we received. We had a few little things with a truck under warranty that needed looked at - done and taken care of in hours. Then a few quirks and accessories added to anther. The service department went above and beyond to get our trucks in and out in the same day despite all the additional work and issues the pickup put them through. I'll continue to make the drive in to see these guys with the friendly faces, smiles and care they had for our rigs!
