“I came in for a passport application. While I stood and waited for paperwork to be filled out the 2 people working and their manager were very nice and accommodating to all the rude customers that came thru. One man took my counter spot when we went to take the photo, and he slammed a box on the counter and yelled obscenities when asked to move back, but they dealt with him correctly and he left. Another man was disgruntled about his lack of forwarded mail, and the manager had to explain the 30-day mail forwarding rule to him multiple times. Sam processed my application smoothly and we were done in 15 minutes. She was very nice to talk to. Thank you for providing the passport and photo service here, thank you for all you do.”
