Tractor supply employee's are great. But why would a company, so dedicated to the community and animal welfare, allow a puppy breeder to sell mill puppies in their parking lot. Same breeder in Laurel selling miniature aussie puppies constantly .

Went to buy a battery. Cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there and rushed through the transaction.
Went back to bring my core back. 7 people in line with one cashier and self checkout offline.
Not to mention the battery shelf looked like a tornado came through it was so disorganized.
Every time I come here, I'm reminded why I don't come here.

I called and asked a simple question the girl that answered was rude and dismissive she put me on hold half way through my sentence trying to tell her what part I need of I could give 0 stars I would.

I would not waist your time at this location employees are rude and treat you like your nothing. They have a bottle of ultra shield horse fly spray that is leaking I asked if they could mark it down they said no I said why would I buy a bottle that is quarter the way empty for 26.00. I also went to pick up a pallet of sweet feed one whole side of the pallet was torn and leaking I said do you have a different pallet they said no I stated I don’t want torn bags and they acted like I didn’t have a choice I said put them back I don’t want the pallet I’ll go to the one in the heights. There is a lady in the store that is always negative and acts like every one is dumb . News flash some of us are not .

We have been using tractor supply chicken feed, our chickens are less than 2 years old no longer lay eggs, what is wrong with your chicken feed? Are you going to be giving us free of charge new chick's this spring, there are 12 of them.

I bought a 5x8 trailer 08-03-2024 with the manager knowing full well that they were locked out of the system to get me the temp plate/ registration. I asked for a refund on the return and was instructed that it was perfectly legal to do this and drive with just the receipt and a photo copy of the title. Be aware DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY.

My granddaughter went into this place and asked for tree watering bags, an employee did not know they were. We looked everywhere at hardware stores and we had the worst experience trying to find a simple thing. So frustrating.?

I recently purchased a trailer online and had to wait 3 days before I could travel the 3 hrs to get to the store in Laurel, Mt. Upon arriving, I contacted the staff and told them my name and my purpose. I then went with the staff member to locate the trailer and found it to be covered in old, dried mud. It was not prepped for delivery. The excuse was made that it had been delivered during the last snow storm. I towed it back home and washed it off and found that the overall paint was damaged and that many of the metal surfaces had chipped paint and was rusting. I also found a broken amber clearance light. This is supposedly a new trailer. I'll not be shopping at any Tractor Supply stores ever again.

Bought a trailer from Laurel's Tractor Supply in May. Still haven't received a title because they say they're having trouble getting it notorized. There's two banks across the road that have notaries. Call them they give you the runaround and say they will return phone calls but don't. Never can find the Manager that deals with titles and no one knows who the managers boss is. Total lack of customer service and think I need to take trailer back since I can't get a title and tired of the runaround.
