I have been in here a couple times and the same lady has always helped me ( not sure of name- blonde/pink hair) she is so polite, no matter how busy she is and goes out of her way to help every customer as quickly and efficiently as possible! I had just came from usps where the gals were quite rude so I wanted to give a shoutout, thanks for treating your customers so well!

These stores are locally owned and hard working Americans. They bust their ass to help the community and do what they can to help. Missing packages and missed deliveries are no part of the ups stores. That needs to be dealt with ups corporate in Billings MT. Please keep your attitude to a dull roar and contact the right people before making hasty insinuations!! Have a great day -Yellowstone,Carbon,Stillwater County

Employee swore up and down that this would arrive by 10:30, confirmed Saturday delivery -- hence the $129.40 charge for a tiny envelope. Five hours of driving later, middle of Manhattan, no dice -- UPS can only shrug. ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

This is the second time that I have come to ship an item out before I have to go to work. The first time (about a month ago) I arrived at 7:30 and Carla finally arrived at 7:45 or thereabouts. No comment regarding delay etc. Today 2/26, I arrived at 7:35 and waited until 7:50 before I left. I couldn’t wait any longer or I would be late to work. I stopped by the store on my lunch break to ship my package. I mentioned that I had waited this morning and had to leave before someone actually arrived to open up. The young man at the counter said, “Oh, sorry. What is your phone number?”If staff is unable to arrive for a 7:30 opening, maybe the hours need to be changed. It is a convenience for people to be able to drop packages off before they have to go to work, but my experience is that it isn’t working.

I went there to ship some boxes, I was the only person in the store and Carla the sales associate was on her phone. When I stepped up to the counter she looked over at me, never acknowledged me but took her conversation off speaker after 5 minutes and proceeded to continue to talk on the phone to, I’m assuming a friend, because they were discussing Joyce Meyers and her books as well as a few members of the church they both attend. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes at this point she finally said “well I should let you go, I have a customer here.” Then as she is getting my shipping labels created, proceeded to answer the store phone and walk away from the transaction to answer questions from the customer who was on the phone. Something that should’ve and could’ve taken less than 5 minutes took the better part of 20 minutes. Hopefully this was a one off and this doesn’t happen all the time but based on the ease at which she conducted herself, I’d say it’s probably daily behavior.

We have gone into this location on two different occasions. Once with a QR code to ship without a box and they refused to send it. We went to another UPS store , scanned the same code and sent it with no problem! The other time they said we needed to find our own box.
