I truly don’t understand how this woman is still employed here. The employee with the colored hair is consistently rude every time I come in, and this last visit was the worst yet. She talked down to me, interrupted me when I tried to ask a simple question, and was incredibly snippy the entire time. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. It’s disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior continue unchecked at a government-run location.

This facility runs a horrible operation. They change policies and do not update their customers for anything. Some of which they will just bypass certain houses in rural areas if the driver doesn't feel like delivering and then they will not work with you to schedule for a delivery or pick up at the facility. I have had more issues in the last year which would leave me to believe that they have a turnover problem and issue with management. Some of us rely on things to get delivered such as equipment for our business or personal items to have when we are going to fire assignments during fire season but hey they want to make it extremely difficult.

I came in for a passport application. While I stood and waited for paperwork to be filled out the 2 people working and their manager were very nice and accommodating to all the rude customers that came thru. One man took my counter spot when we went to take the photo, and he slammed a box on the counter and yelled obscenities when asked to move back, but they dealt with him correctly and he left. Another man was disgruntled about his lack of forwarded mail, and the manager had to explain the 30-day mail forwarding rule to him multiple times. Sam processed my application smoothly and we were done in 15 minutes. She was very nice to talk to.
Thank you for providing the passport and photo service here, thank you for all you do.

Everyone at the post office is so nice and helpful, Marc, Kayla, and many others. Except for Sam (with blue green hair). She is always so rude and will do her best not to be nice or helpful.

Whoever delivered to Topeka on 11/18 is an idiot they put a package in the mailbox that I can't even get out because it's to big pay attention it's not that hard!! Happened multiple times now

Rather than deliver a PACKAGE to my doorstep, the lazy delivery driver left a note saying our mailbox was full and to come pick the package up. Excuse me? Why not, you know, deliver the package to the door like a normal person? Brain dead, lazy workers.

Packages sent here frequently don’t get to the place they’re addressed to. There have been multiple times we have received things from this post office that are tampered with or just not received things at all. We don’t have these problems with other post offices.

Truly reliable home mail delivery whether snow, rain or shine and mail always left in correct mailbox…. a stark contrast from when I lived in Dallas TX.Same wonderful experience with my PO Box service. Only my mail in my box and no missed mail. Cheery and helpful counter service.My favorite post office.

Went to this post office for passport photos and to do the passport application process.After taking the photos I realized they were extremely dark and pointed it out to the lady that took them, saying they might be denied if they’re that dark.She blew me off and we payed for the expedited service. Well, because of these photos, they were denied, and we had to go get them taken at Walgreens. It took over 9 weeks for our “expedited” passports to get to us, causing us to miss our HONEYMOON, and us being out over 130 bucks for photos and “expedited” passports.
