I’ve been a customer here for 5 years. Staff goes out of their way to answer every question I’ve ever had. They mailed meds quickly with a handwritten apology when I was shorted once, issued a credit on my account when I didn’t know I had one coming, contact doctors for me to request a script change, search for best prices and ensure correct prices, and sometimes follow up with a personal phone call just to confirm. For location convenience, I should switch, but I still haven’t bc I doubt I’ll get such good customer service anywhere else!

People hate on this pharmacy unnecessary hard. I've dealt with someone kind and attentive every single time I've called or visited. They get a bad rap, and are actually really good to deal with.

Sometimes I get a tech that's competent, but I have had to tell them how to do their job more often than not. Having been a Pharm tech myself for almost 20 years, it's sad. I have never worked in a Walmart pharmacy, but I know they don't pay as well as other pharmacies. The lead pharmacist at this location is very nice and knowledgeable though.

No drive through is my biggest complaint. Second complaint is the hours it's open. My 3rd complaint is the Employees are rude. 3 strikes. One star.

It takes 3 weeks to get meds straightened out, every month. There is a pharmacy associate named Susan that is the most condescending and rude employee that I’ve ever seen. My husband has witnessed her rude behavior, as have other customers. They should probably re-assign her, as medical problems are stressful enough, without having someone named Susan make every customer uncomfortable and shocked by her physical gestures, condescending voice and rude words. I refuse to deal with her ever again, because it’s consistent behavior every single time I just want to get my meds and get out.

Made us wait 1 h 50 min to let us know they couldnt fill the dose on a prescription. Handsdown rudest and worst pharmacy ever manager could not even give an apology.

I love that everybody always knows me by name. I am such a worry wart and I call a lot and ask questions about different meds and they are always so nice and helpful. I never get a sense of frustration from them. I'm always greeted at pick up with a smile. Thanks for your awesome customer service!

I am disabled from work so most all my meds have to go thru work comp. Needless to say, sometimes they can be a little rough to deal with but these guys don't give up and get the approvals​ needed. I switched from the other pharmacy here in Laurel and they said they gave me all of my scripts to take to Walmart when in fact they had not. The Pharmacist himself went over and got it. That is service up and beyond!
