This store continues to go downhill. Even the Dairy department is frequently out of standard milk products. Pet dogs (NOT service animals) are out of control... recently saw 2 people with their dog not even on a leash.. Employees unconcerned (I'm scared of unknown dogs because of childhood trauma). Their concern was only about the number of times they've had to clean up their pooh & pee.

This has to be the nicest Walmart in the state of Montana. The staff are friendly and the store is very clean. Such a change from other Walmarts because this one makes shopping a pleasure.

APPARENTLY remodel means no more truck parking. Am almost 100% sure that this so called improvement doesn’t come close to what the truckers brought in. This walmart WAS MY FAVORITE... CLEAN, FRIENDLY AND TRUCK PARKING... Had to park next street over. Only 4 hour parking here on side street. Best wishes.

Used to be a nice place, the staff that tried to clear a self checkout issues could not figure it out called a manager who decided I could not buy some of the items I was trying to check out since it was not working, I tried to take the whole order to a “Checker” since self checkout was not working BUT the manager then told the checker I was now not allowed to purchase any items, I do. Not know what her issues were, Some one dared Challenge her authority? No one need that kind of hassle to pick up groceries, I just go to the heights now, no issues there

Carol from Walmart is the sweetest woman ever! She is so sweet to my daughter and greets her with a smile, I can't tell you how much it makes my heart so happy. Makes shopping at Walmart worth it every time, I never get that sweet of people at any other store I've shopped.

Pity they don't offer the option of zero, or minus zero stars. If you want a prime example of just how much Walmart cares about the local residents, please, read on.I am forced to shop at Laurel Walmart alot, because it's the closest to where I am without driving all the way to Billings. I am staying in a rental that I have been doing work on, in exchange for rent and deposit. Currently, there is no heating source in this place, other than a space heater I've been using in my bedroom. It stopped working so the landlord sent me the money to replace it, and I bought an identical one from Walmart. This heater worked for half of a night before it stopped working, so I packed it all the way back to Walmart to exchange it for one that works, so I don't freeze again tonight. I couldn't find the receipt, and I am having issues with replacing my DL because I need a piece of mail with my new address to get a new DL, but the postal worker won't give me my mail without a DL. You really have to wonder who comes up with these policies. I didn't actually think it was a big deal, since all I wanted was to exchange the heater for one that worked. Problem solved. Despite being a frequent shopper, and explaining my situation to the cashier lady, she refused to let me exchange it for a working heater and won't refund the amount because I don't have my DL. I asked to speak with a manager. An elderly lady with bleached out hair asked me what the problem was, and I reiterated that this is my only heat source, and that I just wanted to exchange a defective product for one that worked. She told me that was "too bad, but there was nothing she could do." I asked her if she understood that she was sending me home to a place with no heat. She couldn't have cared less if she tried, which she displayed, by her comment when I information her that I would be reviewing my experience on Google and calling the corporate office. Her snide reply was, "Guess you should have hung on to your license."This treatment from a manager, is the most unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I have ever encountered. I was so upset and angry when leaving that I had to sit in my car for 20 minutes, having a panic attack. When I was sufficiently calm enough, I called the corporate number and apparently they aren't able to overrule a manager who is behaving with zero care and concern for a fellow human being, in addition to escalating the situation by her rude and unprofessional comment. This is where your shopping dollars go, to a corporation who would rather see someone spend the night freezing, then to bend a ridiculous policy that would allow the person to get a replacement for the defective product they were sold a day ago. I, for one, will either do without an item, or drive to Billings, before I spend another nickel at a corporation such as this, never mind the damage they are doing to the local economy by driving small business owners out of business. Shame on you Walmart. I remain amazed that your company cares so little for the people who used to shop there.

I’m a trucker and this place used to have great truck parking. It was clean, quiet and I would grocery shop here every couple of weeks. May now need to find a different place to stop. They replaced the truck parking area with an insane amount of grocery pickup spots. I guess they’re expecting up to 55 people to be picking up grocery’s at same time. Odd how people want everything truckers bring, yet it’s crazy hard for a trucker to simply stay healthy and grocery shop.

Really Walmart? Truckers have so few places running across the top (90/94) to buy groceries where safe and proper truck parking is available. Now, you decide to do away with all that truck parking for 40 pickup parking slots? When will you ever have that much demand?Walmart loves the trucks that bring in their daily goods but to hell with the rest of them.

I am constantly going into Walmart right before they close. (it's always the same great ladies working), and not once have they ever given me any attitude, eye rolling, or snide remarks (bc I sure as heck would be doing all the above at the same time!) Not even a hint of frustration! I do this enough for them to know I'm going to be the last person who checks out and they still treat me with respect and ask me how I'm doing. One nite, my debit card was locked by the issuer and they didn't even warn me, so I had no idea I couldn't use my card. It was my daughter's birthday and I couldn't pay for her present. One of the ladies that is just as beautiful as she is sweet...paid for it. I have never held back tears as hard as I did that moment. As soon as I stepped foot outside, I cried like a little girl...snorting, hyperventilating, snot running down onto my brand new shirt!! UGLY GIRL CRYING ?!! I've never had a complete stranger do that for me before. That reminds me that I need to take her a card.
