I have been banking with yellowstone for years and I like them, but everytime I go through the drive-thru the same lady is there. Everytime she is rude and condescending, always muttering under her breath. I always say please and thank you along with having a nice manner when I visit. I get that people get tired heck, I get tired at my 9 to 5 job. But I have NEVER been as rude as she has to me. If It happens again I'm just going switch banks. Even though I believe that one bad worker doesn't represent the whole company. I'd rather not have that negative energy everytime I deposit a check

Tried to open a savings account and they told me no, turned me away and basically said my money wasn’t good enough. When I asked why I wasn’t given an answer aside from I didn’t score high enough in their “checks” system. Didn’t know I needed to be scored to store my money in a bank. Never had an account before. Work full time and have no debt. The lady I spoke with on the phone, “Jenni Ray”, was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I’ll be taking my money somewhere else.

Take your business to another bank that wants you as a customer. Took a month just to receive my debit card when it got bounced back to their main corporate office in Laurel after non adequate shipping address. You guys literally have my address on file. I was forced to drive forty minutes altogether to Laurel, because you guys wouldn't send it back out into the mail. Secondly, the time it takes for an account to accurately process transactions are horrible. Then, when an account does get hit with fees you guys have no issue taking money from an account and not reimburse the account holder. I bank with three other companies and this is by far the worst bank there's to do business with. I'm amazed Yellowstone Bank has made it this far.

If you’re looking for a Bank that constantly frauds your card and has terrible customer service this is the bank for you. Sure the tellers are nice everybody says that about this bank that doesn’t account for the fact that their app is extremely outdated and so is everything else that they do there. Fifth month in a row they fraud my card. Can’t even spell my name right. Save yourself the trouble and go straight to the Western security across the street!

Been with Yellowstone bank for over 30 years and haven't had any negative issues. Staff has changed over the years but are always courteous and helpful.

Update* the manager reached out to me and was extremely professional and shocked to hear about the poor conduct of his staff and went out of his way to resolve the matter and give a credit to my account until there is a resolution with the IT department! Just unbelievably poor customer service snotty phone service and iverdrafted my account double charging my card said it was an IT problem and are working in it and that me having no access to my funds is not there problem then when asking to speak to a manager I get sent to a voicemail and never called back! Believe me if you want poor quality services and bad customer service this is the bank for you if you expect a bank to value you as a customer and treat you like they care about customer service there are literally a million other better options to choose from I would never ever ever recommend this branch to anyone I know about 12 people that have closed there accounts and switched banks because the customer service is so atrocious it’s almost embarrassing!!!!!

If you are looking for a bank with friendly, helpful staff you might just want to pass on this bank. Their front facing team (tellers) don't greet you, don't smile and generally act like it's a pain to have to wait on you. They could take some lessons from the staff at the Billings branch. I'll only be working with the Billings team from this point out, and that's only because of the hassle it would be to close the accounts and move my banking needs elsewhere.

Paid 29.95 for a single box of carbon checks. Might be okay, if when I asked they hadn't told me "it'll probably be free" since it was the first box of checks id ordered. Might just be there pricing but seems steep compared to a similar $10 box at Wells Fargo.
