The place was really clean, and the customer service was super good and friendly. Got my pizza within 10 minutes. Would recommend giving them a try.

Idk what happened but thos place sure went down hill fast. This use to be a great place when they opened but the last 2 times we have ordered from here they have messed up our orders completely. And its even so bad that we placed the order on line showed up when said pick up time was ready and then had to wait over 30 min for them to make the pizzas that were never made. Just for them to be wrong when we got home

Order pizza, get a 6 pm pickup time.It's 18 below 0, and I have to leave my 6 year old in the truck with the heat on to run in and grab the pies. It's fairly busy.. but there's like 5 or 6 teenagers working. They check to see who I am and tell me holdon a second. Sixteen minutes later, after having to run out in -18 snow to check the car and kid twice, some black kid who didn't even have a your pie shirt on, hands me two boxes. I don't know what's supposed to be in them, my wife ordered it. Get home, neither of them are even the pies we ordered. Even worse, neither of them are really even pizza, they're pizzas piled with all sorts of absurd topings that I've never even heard of on pizza before. So it's not even edible.I understand that I grew up in a faster paced place than montana but culture only accounts for so much of laziness and incompetence. I've seen one senior citizen Italian with a crooked back run 5 ovens and do 30+ pies an hour during rush, and keep track of all the orders and money. With 6 teenagers, even accounting for half of them moving in slow motion and staring at the ceiling, what counts as a rush in laurel montana should be a breeze.

Stopped in for a carry-out pizza ?. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly. After ordering, it was very quick, and I was on my way with a hot piping delish pizza. ? Their crust is not my favorite, but it is a great place to go. Like subway for pizza. Always fast, and always good quality.

This place started off well but really went downhill. The salads are either turning brown or have turned. The pizzas are never cooked or just plain burnt. Seems a top down retraining session or something to get this place back on track.

My family and I love Your Pie! Always have great service! I did the online ordering tonight and it had not shown up, I called and told them what happened and Parker delivered our pizza himself! Can't thank him enough since I am currently unable to drive!

I once was excited and then I received the grossest looking thing I've ever received ? As well as watching the staff carry around brooms and vacuums right over pizza area and a disgusting looking green blob on pizza! Absolutely gross and the staff was equally as gross looking. Never will I eat or recommend here again and this was my favorite spot around Billings! I can't even go back to Shiloh after today ? Should be zero stars and a complaint filed with health department!

Ordered a salid 1- didn’t know how to make it. Rotten ingredients on the line. And for 11.00 it was 80 cents a bite. I don’t recommend anyone to be cheated like this. I will drive to Billings where the employees are properly trained.

This place is amazing. Create your own pizza pleasure or order from the menu, both options are amazing. The gelato..... word escape me to describe the whole experience.

We were excited about a new food option in Laurel and this was our third time ordering pizza. We tried calling in for our first order but no one would answer the phone, so we ordered online. The Lineage Supreme pizza was great. A new place to eat in Laurel! Second online order, great Lineage Supreme pizza. Third online order for a Lineage Supreme, not so much. Not worth the 14 mile round trip drive.Online order placed at 6:30pm for a 7pm pickup. Pizza wasn't ready. Ring the door bell for a drive through pickup, really? The door bell didn't work when the server tested it.Let's talk about my 3rd and possible final pizza. Crust was like a cracker, with a lot of flour taste and no rise at all. The toppings, though I didn't inventory all of them, some were missing. The sauce wasn't the normal sauce this time and had little flavor. The pizza looked like a target, with a big white outer circle of white crust, a very small circle of red inside of the white and then the sparse toppings of the inner circle. All together the sauce and the toppings covered about 2/3 the diameter of the total pizza. I thought pizzas were priced by the diameter, having said that, the pizza should have cost 2/3 the price!

Terrible pizza. All pizza in Laurel is bad. This place is cheap on toppings, sauce, and cheese. Go to Billings if you want decent pizza. The food was delivered fast. I will give them that.

The philly pizza we had didn't look anything like the poster on the window. your pizza only had about 1/3 of the topings.
