After selecting a home, Stacy put me in contact with a reputable and thorough inspector that she has worked with in the past and helped me to schedule an inspection. After the inspection she went over the findings with me and discussed different avenues to address certain concerns. Stacy even found a roofing company and managed to schedule a quote for the roof in very short notice! All said and done, she got us more than we could have asked for in regards to the inspection and solutions to the discrepancies.
When it came to working with the title and escrow company, Stacy’s professional relationships made the process streamlined and she made sure to get us the answers to any questions we had in a hurry!
Since we were moving from out of town, and I began my new job a month before closing on our house, Stacy managed to accommodate me with a place to stay in the interim at a better price than I could have ever asked for.
