“It was very easy to contact the storage facility using the phone number provided. A very kind and helpful lady answered promptly both times I called. She patiently answered all of my questions and was friendly and professional throughout the process.
Everything was simple and convenient—from providing our information and signing the contract to making payment and receiving our gate code and unit number. There was no need to make an appointment or wait to visit an office during business hours.
I also really like that the unit can be accessed 24/7. The unit was clean when we arrived, and we had no issues loading our belongings. Overall, the entire experience was easy, convenient, and hassle-free.”
