The associates are helpful when you need them and it is a decently sized store that has many things available that would otherwise entail 50-100 mile trip to a larger city or waiting for delivery after ordering it shipped in.

The most helpful staff you can find. I know my way around a hardware store pretty good, and even though I'm charging for the exact aisle I already need I get 2-3 folks asking me fi I need help. Great inventory too.

I had some problems with my Harley and needed a specific bolt. Everyone at the store was very helpful especially Stephanie and Jason. They even cut down my Allen wrench to fit in a tight spot on my motorcycle. Thank you very much to everyone at the Ace Hardware in Libby.

Got all I needed, plus a couple wants. Kinda expensive, as I found one item I bought there for $18 at another place for $6. Overall though a one stop shop for home and garden needs/wants. Great customer service and rewards program.
