First Montana Bank put me in collections over 700$ .... meanwhile I tried to pay with a debit card. They don’t allow that. I had 10 times the balance in my US bank account. When I was finally able to set up automatic payments they put me in collections a couple days before the first payment was received by them. They proceeded to cash all my monthly payments and never once notified me I was in collections. Over 700$. I can’t understand how they wouldn’t accept a debit card payment from US bank. They didn’t understand that the bank lobbies in Minnesota were mostly closed. I couldn’t set up the payments. My credit went from 690 to 530. Over 700$. I’ve offered to pay the total and more. I’d pay 200$. 300$. 700$ extra to get my credit back. Bad people

I used a couple other banks in Libby for me and my business but have now moved every;thing to First Montana, they always gave me the best rates and customer service. I highly recommend them for personal and business financial services.
