“My husband and I gave each other new iPhones for Christmas. Both Luke & Amanda were so good at not only explaining the differences in phones, but in all other aspects of transferring from old phones to new. They were helpful, knowledgeable and very patient which was so important for us!!! Highly recommend the business and associates!!”

“I took a laptop to Alpha Computers to be wiped and set up for another user. Their customer service was great and Kyle gave me both a time and cost estimate. It came in the same on both and he even made some helpful suggestions along the way. Highly recommend them.”

“The "new guy" is respectful and courteous. Extremely helpful as much as he could be. Owner (Manager?) Is usually the same but was very rude to us as he was trying to help a couple complete their shopping and set up their account...we only had 1 question about the phone we just bought couldn't be set up as the way the other guy walked us through, but my husband has no idea what his pin is. Contrast in ability to help (nice guy mentioned no fee, whereas main person saying there is a required fee...quite frustrating.”
