I truly believe this shop saved my life.
After my steering failed and I was in a wreck, I brought my vehicle here as a last resort. Another shop had previously told me my steering issue was fixed and that my car was safe. It wasn’t. That failure led to a crash that took the life of my cat Sprinkles who was riding shotgun with me. I was already devastated and terrified.
From the moment this shop looked at my vehicle, everything changed.
They didn’t brush things off. They didn’t rush. They thoroughly inspected my car and immediately found the steering issue that should have been fixed in the first place along with multiple other extremely dangerous problems. They were honest, clear, and took the time to explain what was wrong and why my vehicle was not safe to drive.
Had they not caught these issues when they did, I genuinely believe I could have been seriously injured or worse in the grave with my sweet sweet baby Sprinkles.
This shop didn’t just “fix my car.” They protected my life. They treated my situation with seriousness, professionalism, and care at a time when I was emotionally wrecked and scared to even drive again.
I will forever be grateful to them. If you want a mechanic who is thorough, ethical, and truly cares about your safety, this is the place. I would trust them with my life because they already proved they deserve that trust.

Reasonable prices and they have always been willing to take the time to figure out what is actually wrong without trying to 'upsell' you on more unnecessary stuff. Additionally, if they do find something that you should be aware of they will tell you about it and provide advice on options.

I am a struggling nursing student, home care taker. I depend on my vehicle to get to my clients. If you don't have time to help customers, don't be greedy. Just say no. I had to use extra money, I don't have, to get my vehicle to another mechanic to look into the following problems...1.The slides were not lubed , brake pads were just put in, and they were tight as heck. Because of that, the brake pads would wear faster so they had to be taken apart, and hammer used to get the pads out of the housing.2.Emergency brake shoes in the rear not put back on3. New, never before heard, noise; coming from under the truck.4. Can not be trusted and have pics to prove this.

I didn't like how I was treated or respected, they had a truck of mine for over a year and nothing was done and nobody knew what was wrong with it, Overall I feel disrespected and neglected as a individual, the previous owner was fantastic and they are riding on that reputation of 40 plus years of experience, I feel the new owners really took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. overall wouldn't recommend

8-23-2023 Against the advice of a friend, I took a smog-era carburetor in for a bench rebuild a week ago. I supplied a new unopened kit for it. They called me earlier than expected and said my carburetor was done. We could tell the carburetor had never been cleaned. The kit was opened and a good portion of the parts were gone. Upon a partial tear down we could tell very little of the carburetor had even been opened. The only new parts we could identify were the jets. I promptly called RMV and was promised a refund on the labor (about $182), but they couldn't rebuild the carburetor. I drove out to RMV and placed the carburetor and opened rebuild kit on their counter to show them the situation. The man promptly shoved cash in my hand to refund the labor, which was OK, considering. But, when I asked about refunding the $185 rebuild kit, he said I was accusing them of stealing it! At no point did I say anything near that. I said they lost the parts and explained that to him. He said no, the parts are in the carburetor! As explained above, they are most definitely not! So to recap, RMV cost me a week plus $365+ and I still need to rebuild my carburetor! Unfortunately there is no negative star rating as that would be more appropriate.
