“I was in the market for a replacement generator after purchasing a brand new Champion generator in Belgrade last week. Long story short, the new generator died after 20 minutes. ACE in Livingston wouldn't return it and they suggested I drive back to Belgrade. Not happening. I called Murdoch's in Livingston and the person who answered suggest I come in and speak with Wayne. Wow, so glad I did! Wayne walked me through a 101 course in generators! He was patient and so knowledgeable. Once I decided on the generator, Wayne filled it up with oil and premium gas to ensure everything was working properly. Can you say, above and beyond! I am a small business owner myself and customer service is the cornerstone of success in any business and Wayne exemplifies this. Murdoch's you have a stellar employee and you should be grateful!”
