I went to the ER here and I was a very difficult patient I’m sure! But I experienced the best most professional experienced staff. I’m a cna of 8 years so I’m telling you they broke records for me. God bless this hospital and especially the nightshift crew… thank you to the RN who helped clean out my room.. ??????

My experience at the hospital was extremely long and painful, but thanks to the excellent staff, it made it tolerable. Only one complaint was one nurse that left me with a very bad memory or I would have rated it with a 5.

I have nothing but praise for this Hospital when I came in I was very ill they have took very good care of me I would like to say thank you to all the nurses and doctors and if you need a place to go when you're sick this place is pretty top-notch everybody is kind courteous and friendly but I wouldn't recommend the food that was the only downfall but on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this place a nine

Dr.Gyerico , RN Holly and Joe and Techs Steph and Steve , I hope you see this and maybe start treating your patients better !!!

Thank you, Livingston HealthCare! For being awful. When first making the call, it stated my call was behind three others so I waited...over 55 minutes. When I used a different number...hmm, interesting. Same thing, three calls before the one I placed...while waiting with the 1st call, the 2nd call was waiting over 25 minutes. Brilliantly done, guys! No voicemail for someone to return a call? No one working a holiday? No skeleton crew or managers willing enough to take a hit for their employees, roll up their sleeves and hit the phones themselves?? What amazing management....poorly executed. Oh, and it shouldn't matter the nature of why I was calling. The point is not the why, but the fact I couldn't get through to an actual person. Are you still being funded by Billings Clinic?! If so, asking for a third party to answer calls or casual call to help you isn't above you...unless it is. I'll make sure you are under their umbrella before leaving them a review for mismanagement of a branch. If not, didn't you learn from your previous mistakes with the frontline being the FACE of your "establishment"?Thank you again, for proving horrible customer service. The only saving grace are the providers, lab techs and nurses in clinical and hospital and others who DON'T work the frontline. That's a horrible way to run a business. Because that's what it is, a business. Just as long as your front office staff gets a paycheck, right?

People that work in healthcare need to be MORE compassionate and caring than people in other professions. This hospital is biased towards people and they are judgmental of their patients. I have literally almost died at this hospital because the doctor was apparently happy to see me suffer. Be warned, and know you may very well be completely treated like garbage by people with no remorse. Totally disappointed by the majority of the people that work here, however, there are several that are too good to work here. If you really want to roll the dice on your life, then give them a try.

We were on vacation at Yellowstone, and on our way back to Gardiner from Livingston at night, we hit an elk on Hwy 89. We were surprisingly unharmed, but my husband needed stitches for a cut on his hand. We had incredibly efficient and compassionate care at Livingston HealthCare! The doctor and nurses were kind and friendly, and got him taken care of. When we were done, it was too late to get a ride, and the receptionist called everyone she could think of to try to get us a ride to the hotel we booked. One of the staff came out and let us know his shift ended in 15 min, and that he would be able to give us a ride! What could have been a miserable experience was made so much better by the staff of Livingston HealthCare, they truly went above and beyond!

I recently went to the Emergency Room because it turns out I was allergic to some medication I was being prescribed (which they didn’t find out, the Bozeman hospital found out). The nurses and everyone were treating me very poorly because of my past. They weren’t helping at all, and i was in the worst pain possible. I was screaming and crying, and they did not help me in any way. They took blood work and said they’d get results in 20 minutes, and never told me the results. The nurse actually ended up hitting me. I can’t remember her name but she is blonde, skinny, and wears a tight pony tail. This was the absolute worst experience i’ve ever endured. I was scared I was going to die, and was in so much pain. The fact that they didn’t even treat me and didn’t even care to figure out what was wrong with me is super sad. I had to go to Bozeman where they instantly knew what was wrong, and treated me with a ton of respect. I do not recommend going here for an emergency ever!

I have been there a few times for myself and my family. They always mess up the bill and always send me prescriptions through the VA that I implicitly told them not to send me.

I had surgery in this hospital a few years back. The bed side manner was atrocious. The Dr was rude and the OR wasn't very clean. The Dr gave the impression she was far above everyone in the hospital. Sorry but patients are just as educated as this awful woman if not more so and she walks around a if she's a gift to society. She was vile rude and incompetent. I had s follow up appointment and was referred to a specialist in bozeman and she wasn't any better. I believe I was sent there from Livingston in order to be put down and recieve more inadequate care in order to keep people in their place and I know it was all based on my insurance. They didn't like it so they treated me according to their bias.

My husband and I have both had a great experience with a wide variety of doctors. We’ve each see our own family practitioner and we love them both. Both caring, kind and helpful. We’ve both been to physical therapy for two different reasons and received great treatment and the facility has beautiful views and very big and well equipped. We both have had imagining and X-rays done quickly. My husband broke his wrist and had to go to ER that had him out in less than an hour and followed up with a great orthopedist. AND he’s gone to see the visiting ear, nose and throat doctor and had a great experience. Plus there is never a wait. Highly recommend this medical building’s services! I

Pretty disappointed took my son here after taking him to urgent care and the Er doc looked at the notes and really didn’t do a full evaluation said he couldn’t feel that he was backed up and left it at that took my 3 yr old to a new pediatrician over in Bozeman he is in fact backed up as a parent 9 times out of ten a parent knows poor baby has been complaining about pain and his butt hurting parents don’t take your children here or to the urgent care they dismiss all concerns I can only imagine how bad it could of gotten has I listened and not gotten a THIRD opinion this hospital is trash when it comes to kids and it’s disgusting

Over a year ago I was in LHC for IV antibiotic treatment post surgery. They decided, without telling me, to reduce my pain medication. This resulted in constant pain, lack of appetite, inability to sleep... A few months later I underwent an ultrasound guided needle aspiration which was done incorrectly, so I had to go through this again. Last week I had the aspiration done again only to learn after 4 days they decided it was clear. Slow growing bacteria need 7 to 10 days to show up. Incompetence.
