The check engine light came on in my Mazda CX9, so we stopped here for an engine analysis. The manager quickly diagnosed the problem with a small electronic device. Easy fix.... the gas cap was not tight!Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

Made an online purchase order wasn't gathered when I arrived had to wait wasn't a big deal was just expecting order to be ready and waiting for direct pickup Store is dated for appearance and location parking is very limited for location especially if trailering

I have had mixed experiences at this store. The young woman that I dealt with last week was wonderful. She listened she found my parts and there was no problem. Yesterday, I ordered three items two of which were to be picked up and one was to be shipped. I received an email that one of my pickup items order had been canceled but for no apparent reason. I went online and found that the item was still in stock. I called the store and the gentleman that answered was either confused or upset I'm not sure. He told me the order had been shipped he had no idea what I was talking about and that's what's in front of him and that's all he can do. I called corporate. They called the store and found that the part was still in stock and had no explanations to why the order was canceled. If someone made a mistake that's fine admit it and let's go up beyond that. But to make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about or what I was reading was incredibly infuriating. The man acted like he didn't care.

Absolutely terrible consumer service from the manager!sold the wrong parts and tried saying they were the right parts. Extremely rude.

So thankful that Tyson stayed 10 minutes late for us to pick up parts. Nothing worse than breaking down on vacation. He made sure parts were confirmed at store before we left Yellowstone. Greatly appreciated.
